Wow. I mean wow. What a bucket of turds. James Kay ( if that's his real name) is the real deal. A REAL BIG LIAR. Save your money and apply for shows via their network webpage. Don't EVER pay to be on tv. And as far as a profile, you can set one up for free at home on your own computer.

I have a man named James Kay trying to get me to pay now . I sent my pics in this morning also. I'm definitely not paying because it seems like a scam.

James Kay from nonscripted tv called me. Gave me the whole, "you were selected by our team to continue on with the process to get you auditions...blah blah blah" He then proceeded to do a phone interview like thing with me, said he liked what I said and brought me to a second round - this time recorded. He proceeded to say after that I was interesting and he is meeting with the production team TOMORROW about me. He did mention a fee of $299 if I made it so far (which im sure everybody does) I had to send him pictures to show the production team so he can present me to them. (yeah right, that doesn't happen RIGHT AWAY). Well "tomorrow" came and he called me. He said it was a unanimous vote that they wanted to send me through to do a profile set up, coaching for auditions, etc. and then he asked for a card number for the $299. In NO way was I going to give him that information, or money. They cannot guarantee you any audition or spot on ANY show. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM. If someone wants you and to audition YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY. Spend, or save, your money on something else. DONT BE STUPID AND FALL FOR THIS.

Same exact conversation that I had with James Kay. Literally EXACT same words. They must all be reading off the same script. Scammers at their finest!

I also failed to mention if you don't pay the $299 they will move forward with another candidate from the state you're from and you will be placed on the National Do Not Audition List (all shows) for the next 3 years. BOGUS!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason they can get away with this legally is because you all agreed to the terms and conditions that say This is not refundable, all sales are final!

I have been getting calls and emails from a woman named Shelly from Non scripted TV and wanted to know if its real before I send my money. I applied online to join the cast of Bad Girls Club Sister Season. I was so happy when I was told I was chosen. But after reading all these comments I believes that its a SCAM and I told her(Shelly) and she said she'll hold my application until the next season. What should I do?

It's a scam. I have pictures to prove. Don't be dumb enough to fall for this.

I spoke to the same person and am in the exact position as you, I sent my pictures yesterday and today he said they had a meeting and voted yes for me. I'm supposed to get back with him today about the money but after reading these posts I'm not sure.
I know your post is old but what came of it for you??
