I have worked for Medical Financial Solutions but since then have moved up to the customer service part of the company.  This is 100% real. It is a non credit reporting agency that the hospitals hire to try to get a hold of the party's before the bills become to old and go to a creditor.  The calls you get where there is no answer is when the system calls.  And everyone uses their real name.  Not some alias.  It is not fake, and if they call asking for you I would suggest giving them a call back to work out the issue. I've seen a lot of simple problems get solved or go to creditors depending on who picks up the line.  Thanks for your time.

I received a voice mail from a private number 12/04/14 at 1:27 PM from a service claiming to be a department check services by a man named Investigator Parker from St. Louis County stating that a man named Mark Calvert had 24 hours to respond to the message before an execution of paperwork from a complaint of check fraud was released. A number was given: 866-249-5231. I called it back 12/05/14 to verify it was the wrong number to reach this person and was verbally insulted by the person claiming to be a part of this company. They called me by my name ( MS. Woodard) because of their caller ID and began to ask me vulgar questions about me giving my measurements and cup size calling me sugar tits...etc...and hung up on me after telling me to take a flying leap off a bridge. I did post some info asking if anyone I knew on facebook knew of this STL County investigator and received feedback stating others have had phone calls similar to the one I received. they stated it was spam. I have suspicions and concerns about this and someone impersonating a St. Louis County Law enforcement official.

I am facing the same issue. I already paid $ 52.94 by mistake as I did not bother to check if my wife got treatment or not and now they are asking $ 14.50. Please have pity and don't bother poor people.

Medical Financial Solutions.  They are running some sort of scam---I got a letter from them referencing a medical bill (which my insurance company says I do not owe) but when I called the number on the letter, I got this group and a survey to take to win a free cruise.  I did a little digging online and found the number listed here---and got the same company,  and the same 'survey' to win 'a wonderful prize' in their new promotion 'if you quality.'
