Received the exact same message!! Spam Call!

I received call from Brenda Nelson. Showed up as unknown. Call back number was 866 3039889. Reference #330005. If you’re reading this don’t call it.

I received a call from the same person.  I thought it suspicous that she does not provide a company.  I googled to see if there was any information.  Definitely will not be calling back

I received the same exact Brenda Nelson message to my work cell. Its completely bogus as i have NEVER taken out a student load - i never went to college after high school - 30 years ago!!

Yup, I received the same message, several of them actually. She is also now saying her name is Laura Jones. Same exact voice too.

Same caller, Brenda Nelson. Calling about recent changes to the student loan program. Reference number 330005. Phone number 866-303-9889.

I received the exact same spam call from an “unknown” number: “Yes this is Brenda Nelson I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan um I need to discuss your repayment options with the new changes that have taken effect recently so if you could be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-303-9889 and I'm gonna go ahead and give you a reference number if you would have this handy when you call back it just makes things a lot easier that reference number is 330005 thank you…”

Showed up as unknown on ID, Identified herself as Brenda Nelson on my voice mail and gave a call back number 866-303-9889 then gave me a reference number 330005. She wants to discuss paying back my student loan . Never been to college and never had a student loan....SPAM!

I just got the same call and went to google and found this thread - totally agree spam.

Had 12 different messages from them all saying the same thing. The names change -  Brenda Nelson, Virginia Rogers, + someone else I can't even remember-ha!

Got a voicemail from phone number 866-303-9889. The caller said thier name was Brenda Nelson and that I had a change in my student loan repayment options. They gave me a reference number (330005) and asked me to return their call. Thanks to everyone that has posted here for saving me some time dealing with this scam call.

The same thing happened to me! Same person calling, no reference to my name or the apparent loans. I graduated school 9 years ago and have all of my loans paid off. Glad to know this is just another scammer. So annoying!

The person said that there name was Brenda Nelson, regarding a student loan.First of all I don't have a student loan, and the she never announced the name of the company she called from. She gave me a number to refer when calling 330005, The number pops up on my phone as anonymous.

Same experience as above. Shame, too, because she has a warm and genuine sounding voice. You  oughta go do something legit with it, BRENDA!!!!

Received similar messages with different phone numbers. My loans are Paid In Full! Robocall Scammer for sure!

I received the same message from her about there being a change in my loan.  Will not be calling back.
