This company calls all hours of the night. Hangs up when you answer the phone . I don't know they are.

At 12:14pm Allied Interstate from 866-310-3882 called no voicemail message.

I keep getting phone calls from this number. how do i get them to stop calling?

i got a call today , a woman asked if i am josepth. i said" no, i am not josepth- what do you want and why are you keep calling me". she asked me for my social numbers. i told her " are you crazy, who are you and why you think i am going to give out my ss number?what  and who are you F..G working for". she told me she can not tell me. i cursed at her and hung up. any way the phone was from Allied Interstate. hate them.

today june 7 year 2012, i will report this phone 866-310-3882 for calling me all the time on my land line and cell.

Got a call from this number no one was on it for about 10 second then they kept asking for someone not living here. Told them three or four times there was no one here by the name they wanted and to take my number off their list. They didn't explain who or why they were calling, but caller ID stated Allied Interstate

How do they get our numbers the numbers been calling me for at least 3 weeks now!

I mean seriously im 12!

They call me EVERY morning while im still asleep, i'll answer, and no one will be there...They are getting on my last nerve. If they call me one more time, i might just lose it...

So.. if you just tell them that you can take them to court they will take your name off? I need answers:/

just called them back and told them if they wanted any money they should sue me.  The lady on the phone said they would sue me,  and then i hung up..  Called back 5 minutes later and asked why they called my number and said that my account is closed and that they would take my number off their list, which should take two days.  We'll see.  (this is over a 15 year charge card I had which i owed $28 dollars)

They called and have been calling. Never leaves a message. Today I answered. Lady asked for me by name. I told her this is me and asked her to identify herself. Said 'this is Laura'. She then wanted me to verify my address. I again asked her to tell me who she was, she just said 'this is Laura from Arizona'. and continued trying to get personal information. I told her that if she did not fully identify who she was and what company she was with I would hang up in 5 seconds. She hung up rather than identify herself and company. Scammers. never give your personal information to someone that calls you and you do not know absolutely and for certain who they are really.

YOU CAN BLOCK THIS NUMBER ... because I just did!!!  I have Verizon wireless!!

Anyway, I was told by  Verizon they assume you are talking about the "FEDERAL OPT-OUT" program. NOT the Verizon block.

Once Verizon blocks a number THE BLOCK is good for 90 days. Then, if you are still getting calls form this number ... Verizon can (by your request) block the number for another 90 days!!

If you have been called outside the hours they can contact you, which is only 8am-9pm I believe, contact the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. As for multiple calls they make every single day, they might be using a computer program which they can be sued for millions just like Asset Acceptance.  Do not feel obligated to give out personal information and they must contact you by mail if needed! Heck, if they really have you file and social security with them that comes with the actual debt, they can trace your whereabouts anyway. They might just be fishing for information! Sue these bottom feeders that are preying on every single American families an taking away their American dreams!

These folks are calling my 96 year old mother and making her nervous. I guess all I can hpe for is that someone is calling their mothers.

Keep calling my cell and never leave a message. All bills are paid and accounted for, so I have no idea except maybe to offer me a lower interest rate scam.

I keep getting calls from 866-310-3882. They do not leave a message. So, I do not answer nor return any of their phone calls.
