I will pay you $10,000 cash if you can list 250 names of your customers that sold their car through your service.  I did some research and you have been in business in 2002 or 2003 - that's 10 years and LESS than 1 person a month.  Show me the results!  You can't do it because all you do is call people, lie to them, get their money and that create some [***] refund policy to keep it.  I live my life by the word of Jesus and What Would Jesus Do?  I don't know how any of you can sleep at night knowing you operate a fraudulent company that prays on people.

You have the MOST complaints EVER in the BBB.  Think about that - think what you are doing for Roanoke, VA.  Your service sucks so much and pisses so many people off that the only thing you are good at is lodging complaints.  The BBB hates you, which your "Online Business Bureau" posting is obviously done to mislead people.

The owners are TAX CHEATS.  They steal people's money so they can drink beer all day long.  Not work.  Act like they are so smart.  You are going to piss the wrong people off one day and it looks like the list is growing.  So who ever "Paul" is (there is no employee there named Paul),  I would watch my back and look for a new job.  The "storm" is brewing and right around the corner!
