No, they just want to scare you into giving them all your information.  They have no intention on re-negotiating your loan or reducing your interest rate.  Only Flagstar Bank can redo your loan.  They want to scam you out of all your money and do nothing about your second mortgage.   Please do not be fooled by these scam artists.

Called left no message.  Probably trying to reach the people who had this number before me as I have never received a collection from them.

I have gotten calls from them about once or twice a week...no message left.  My last house was sold over nine years ago and the mortgage was paid off.   Have no idea why they call.

It's Clear spring Loan Services. It's a debt collectors.  I fail being on my house payment awhile back and I did a loan modification.  Another company had my loan but then it was transfer to these people.

Your scenario is about the same thing that i am going through, one exception. We called SRG's bluff and asked for proof we owed them the deficit from our mortgage company SUNTRUST. They simply sent us copies of the lease from back when I acquired the house from my father. None of the copies were officially signed or notarized. We were then sent a "lawsuit" from this company to collect the debt. We called them out on that as well, and SRG dragged their feet on getting our lawyer the right legit documents, despite the fact that our lawyer said the lawsuit was legit. The judge overseeing this case asked SRG for the legit documents in a certain time period. SRG dragged their feet again and the last I heard of the matter the judge was goning to or had thrown out the case,,,, not only that but the U.S. Attorney General sued SUNTRUST mortgage for unprofessional mortgage processing and I received a settlement. HOWEVER, SRG is still messing with me through these stupid phone calls!

Called my husbands cell phone today and left a message saying it was an important call to collect a debt.  This is funny as the only debt we have is our mortgage which was just sold by Citibank to another lender.  Blocked!

Debt collection agency for a mortgage that a I never took out since I've never taken out a mortgage ever.

A woman by the name of Alejandra left a message but she was in such a hurry that I couldn't understand most of what she said. She mentioned that she was with a financial company. I just can't make the name of it. I've ever purchased a home or filed bankruptcy or had any foreclosures. I've blocked this number many times. Annoying!

This a collection company that will harrass your friends, family ,work and do anything they want to get information and money from you . Threats and harrassment will also be used ,they are total low lifes .Personally I laughed when they called family members because I don't like them anyway plus I'm retired so I could care less. But the crazy part is I don't owe anyone money. Just block them on your phone really seems to make them  mad, of course they have dozens of 866 code numbers. Sometimes I act like I can't hear and play with them ( so funny) . Just remember don't deal with them ! lf everyone did this they be out of business.

Called twice looking for two different names.

They started calling 2 days ago & call daily.  I never answer numbers I do not know. I do not answer anyone that doesn't start leaving a message. After reading the comments I have blocked them.  I owe nothing. Paid off my mortgage (just 2) 30 years ago.  Have had this # for years.  Scammers!

I blocked them; but, they still call. I owe nothing & have never foreclosed.  Been in the same house 47 years. Even paid off the mortgage early. Just scammers. Have had the same phone number for years.

This number keeps calling.  Per above they are a debt collector.  I owe NOTHING.  I blocked them a long time ago; but, they continue to call.  Losers.

This number has been calling for months.  I blocked them & they still call. I just delete the ID as it doesn't ring.  The number is listed from TX.  I've never lived there.  I owe nothing. I have lived in the same house for 46 years which was paid off early when we bought it. Per the above messages this number is a debt collector for foreclosures.  I've had my phone number for at least 10 years. Something needs to be done with these scammers.
