- StanClaimed I would be recieving $40.00 in gas coupons, but never stated where they could be used. Also some discounts to certain restaurants, Red Lobster was mentioned. I told the guy to cancel the promotion and hung-up. With-in a minute a woman called I recognized the number told her to cancel the promotion, and she rattled off my intire credit card number. I also belive they got my info from The Iron Gym people.

- nickSame story as everyone else. The woman on the other line kept on yapping away.. I couldn;t even get a word in edgewise.. kept saying she would go ahead and sent me the trial package to my home after I vehemently said no numerous times but she just kept on talking and insisting until I finally said to shut the heck up and pls don't call me again. She hung up immediately!
I think that the rat Dean Graziosi from TV sold my info to these telemarketing assclowns! Should have known better than to buy a book off the late night TV informercials expecially from a low life like Dean.- Caller: Telemarketing jerks

- Mad Consumer replies to K| 14 repliesWhen they called me and told me that they had my credit card information and that if I did NOT cance, I would be charged for a service I did not want, I asked for a manager. She gave me their address and I looked it up with the Better Business Bureau. This is the BBB report:

My boyfriend finally answered and they were trying to give him a $40 gas card. He declined and started asking questions like how they obtained our information. She got flustered with all his questions and passed him off to the floor manager. Supposedly the woman was new and that's why she couldn't answer his questions. The manager said due to privacy agreements, she couldn't tell him how they obtained our info. THEY HAVE MY INFO--WHERE'S THE PRIVACY THERE?! Also, she claimed to only have the last four digits of my credit card number. I cancelled it anyways to be on the safe side.

i called them and asked be be removed from the call list
it was all yes sir & please and thank you
P.s. what a great site - davidzzzzzzGot a call from this number on my mobile, called it back within a minute, and a friendly lady answered with, "David?" (My mobile number is not blocked.) She told me she was from "Quality Resources" and that I was a preferred customer. I listened to her pitch, which included that they're sending me "$40 in gas vouchers which can be used anywhere in the country", and then said thanks and asked her to take me off their calling list. She seemingly agreed to do so and we ended the conversation pleasantly. I'll check back in if I do indeed receive said vouchers.

- Barbara replies to Scott| 7 repliesI had this conversation with them as well. When they started in about me paying for shipping and then cancelling after 30 days, I knew it was a "gotcha" sales pitch. I told them I am not interested and not to send me anything. Now they keep calling me. They always start out the same..."Just wanted to let you know that we are going to send you blah, blah, blah."
I actually missed the call once, and returned it not thinking. They answered "Hello, Barbara" It was diconcerting.
The only reason I know this is a stupid sales pitch is because I recently fell for one with that Acai Berry "Free 14 Day Trial." I think that is how they got my information, but I also have a iphone...so I don't know. - Brandon replies to kitty| 3 repliesYea, I got multiple calls from here as well. They try to place you in a membership by telling you that you get $40.00 in FREE GAS and what it involves. The whole time they are explaining it to you, you are on the other side of the call saying "Yes" "Yea" "Uh-Huh" "Okay" and as you are agreeing with everything they are saying, even if you dont want to sign up, they are taking it as a "Yes, you want to sign up".
The worst thing about is, THEY HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! Your Credit Card Information that you used on a WEBSITE or a certain STORE was given to these people who keep STALKING you. And hey, if you used your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on that WEBSITE, they have that too!
So, dont agree with them. SIMPLY SAY "I dont want to buy anything, and I dont want to be a member for anything. Please take me off of your calling list. Have a nice day." - LiViNgDeAdGiRl replies to KBB| 33 repliesI called and hit 2 and it did say it took me off the list and wouldnt call anymore, thanks for the info. We will see if it works. They have already called me a million times and I already told them no and hung up on them several times. I dont have time or money for them to be using up my anytime minutes on my cell phone.
- Sarbear replies to Brandon| 2 repliesI'm so glad I googled this phone number. I was getting the same thing: tons of phone calls with no messages. So bothersome! I just called and they gave me the line about the gas vouchers, blah blah, when she tried to transfer me to the verification department for my address I said to please remove me from the lists and to stop calling. She said she would take care of that. So we will see what happens.
Someone had mentioned they had ordered a few trial of Acai Berry stuff on the internet. That's what I had done... So I'm thinking that's what it's from. No more will I do that! It was a waste of the $1 I paid for shipping b/c it's not even a full 14-days worth to try!!!
Good luck to everyone trying to stop these calls! - RayI really appreciate you guys. They just called a second time - I missed the first call - and thanks to you I had them take me off their call list.
- Denise replies to K| 3 repliesI have been getting many calls from this number and several other 866 numbers. They received by credit card number because I made the mistake of ordering the free 14 day trial of Acai 500 and did not catch the fine print at the bottom of the page. Apparently when you send for this "free" trial you also agree to sign up for three other services which will be billed to your credit card on a monthly basis unless you call and cancel within 7 days. This is a major rip off. Do not send for this free trial. You give them your card information to pay shipping and Handling and thats how these other companies have your information. I happened to check my bank account on the same day I was billed for $29.99 for my monthly membership fee for the Fit Factory. I had no idea what this was so I called the 800 number on the auto withdrawel and was told by customer service that I had agreed to this membership when I ordered the Acai free trial. When I went back to the website and clicked on the terms link I discovered that I had unknowingly signed up for this as well as automatic shipping of Acai for $89.99 a month and some Price Limbo membership for $8.95 a month. All I wanted to do was try this item out and now I have to call and cancel 3 memberships for a total of $129.00 a month. It's all a scam. Please be careful and do not order this Acai "free" trial.
- kat replies to Deniseut oh! I have just been canceling all this crap from the ACAI thing. I haven't even received the product. Is there a website where I can follow up and make sure I have canceled everything? thanks!
- Elena replies to Barbara| 1 replySame thing happened to me I fell for the Acai Berry Scam and since then I have been getting these calls when I called back they said Hello Mrs. Martinez so I told them this was her sister and they said they needed to talk to me blah blah blah and hung up,
- TM| 1 replyThis is my second time recieving this phone call from this company. They had my debit card information. I didn't even give it to them. They said they were going to send me 40.00 of free gas and charge my account 1.00. Isn't it against the law to already have my debit card information without me supplying it to that company. I am outraged.
- ldy| 2 repliesIt will cost you $1.00 to get this "packet" of infomration mailed to you that contains $40 worth of gas vouchers. Then, you can use some mebership number and get discounts at stores....for 30 days. If you don't cancel in 30 days, you will be charged $19.95 per month for using the membership. The only thing...they already have your credit card information from another company when you made a purchase. A little scary that they can sell your credit card number.

- kcox replies to ldy| 1 replythese people are crazy. They call me at least 4 times a day. I am so glad I found this site.
- mel_sGot a call from this number on my cell phone, and a lady told me she was from "Quality Resources" and that I was a preferred customer. She said that I was a customer of one of their "partners" and that they were going to send me vouchers worth $40.00 in gas. At that point I asked her who gave them my name so that I could cross that company off my list. She refused to give me the name, so I hung up the call.
After the call, I goggled the number (866-379-2003)and found this site. The only place that had both my credit card no and phone no was Savannah Toyota of Savannah, Ga. I had just received a call from 866-765-2826 on 10/29/2008 asking me to rate Savannah Toyota's service department. (I wonder if the two are related?)
I called the telemarketer back and asked if they had my credit card number. She said that all they had was the last four numbers. I told her to take me off their call list and that I was reporting them to the state attorneys office.- Caller: Quality Resources
