Yeah, I get these calls from this number.... it doesn't seem to matter if I pick up or not... if I pick up, they're not there... if I let it go to voice mail, they never leave a message.  I don't understand what they're trying to accomplish.  Nobody every answers or leaves a message.  What good does that do them?

This number calls my work line every day, sometimes multiple times a day.  No one has ever spoken to me as they hang up any time I call.  No voice mail is left if I don't pick up.  This is a place of business and I have much better things to do than deal with this.

I have been getting calls from 866-396-7770 for the last month.  They call at all times of the morning, day, and night.  I see from other posts that it is a debt collection agency.  However, I don't owe any debts and besides, there is never anyone there when i answer.....why would anyone be calling to collect a debt and then hang up in the first place

Receive about three calls a day Monday thru Friday. This has been going on for over three months. When I answer they hang up. Call back they don't answer. Traced the number to Allied Interstate LLC. I receive phone calls from this number daily. If I answer, they hang up!  If I call back, it goes to a dead call or strange answering service message, then disconnects. Lovely!

They actually have offices all over the place, showing Cheryl as the contact person.  Main offices seem to be NJ and FL though:

Got called. The man had a thick, sounded like Russian accent. Asked for someone. I told him this has been my cell phone number since 1997 and no one but me uses it. He says, "In old country we break you."

National Do Not Call List is another waste of tax payers money.
