So far I have 77 calls from these [***]...they never leave a message and they never answer.

They call evey evening within 7:00 to 8:00 am. I called back, thier system hangs up on you. You can not even talk to a person.. WHY? This has to be, some kind of SCAM!! Just SICK OF THIS!!

This scam has got to stop!  It's costing me alot of cell minutes.  Does anyone know who to contact to report this number?  Let's work together and stop this scam.

I am having the same issue with this number; they have been calling me everyday at random times for almost 2 months as well. I am not delinquent on any bills either.

After several attempts to get these idiots to remove my number i decided to go straight to their office, calling the main number listed above and asking to speak to a manager. BUT GUESS WHAT !? They still call!
Above is their Office address and phone, perhaps if enough people call them direct they will start to do somthing about the wrong info their lazy skip tracers provide them.

I keep getting calls from these people as well

They are JUNK DEBT BUYERS - they buy worthless uncollectable debt for pennies and break every law they can try and extort money from people.

This company is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Sloppy record keeping, failure to validate at every level, under-trained, uneducated collectors SEVERELY lacking in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act training.

Intellirisk must be making BIG bucks in collecting because they sure don't spend it to insure they comply with the laws. Student loans with these idiots is a nightmare. Most Allied collector's don't have a clue in handling even the most basic of consumer complaints. Loans that have been paid, in the wrong names and outdated credit bureau reporting are fast targets for lawsuits because Allied is unable or unwilling to respond.

If you receive a collection notice from Allied DISPUTE IT! Even though you will never receive a reply, it is important that you use the law to your advantage. Allied aptly fits the saying; "the right hand hasn't a clue what the left hand is doing" Brain-Dead! Idiots! Untrained!

I recieved a call from 866-396-7770 but, I didn't answer it....so I then went to Google and looked up Area Code 866....found this page...My answer to this 866...if you don't regonize the phone number do not answer..

I've gotten several calls from 866-396-7770 about 'my debts.' I have no debts as I live an entirely cash based lifestyle. If I can't afford it I don't buy it. I have no loans, no credit cards, no unpaid bills. My little house and old car are paid off. I found this site and learned many people are being called and harassed by them. So, they can keep calling, but I won't answer or ever call them back.

They call and ask me to hold and then the lines go dead. I called it back on my land line and got some one talking a foreing language

the number 866-396-7770 calls about 3 times a day since last week. they are looking for my husbands uncle who listed (husbands dad) as a ref for some loans. and beings as my husband has his dads first name, these stupid jerks look up every person with that name in the book and WE get the harrassing phone calls. this isnt the first time its happened. it happened with a diff CA for his sister. this crap gets old.

Allied Interstate will not stop calling me...even after I told them I never heard of the person they asked for...Ive had my cell number for over 10 years!

In one day Allied Interstate called me from 866-396-7770 at:

6:31pm
8:42pm

And that was after telling them Saturday (July 4th) that the female name they were looking for is not and never had my number (i'm male btw).

I think there has to be a way to block the call. I am just starting to get calls too. I am going to check with my provider & report the number & have it blocked. Who knows maybe they even set up this web site to see how many of us respond & try to get additional information from our internet profiles? I thnk it's called Phishing.

I got calls from this # a while back.  The one time they left a message I called the number - but sat on hold for 15 minutes - glad it was their dime and not mine.  I got sick of the wait so I searched online and found a better number to call and actually chatted with someone.  When I told them the person they were looking for had never lived at this number they agreed to pull my number from their system.  

Several months went by with no calls...

Until recently when it all started again.  

Same drill, no messages until finaly I got one.  Please call blah blah blah.  Another 15 minutes on hold and got fed up.  I found this thread and started calling every number I could find.

Finally at noon on a Saturday (pacific time) I got Alex, a live person, by calling (800) 955-3103.  Alex asked me for the number that they called and then said he couldn't find it in his system.  How does a computer call a number that isn't in the system?

I suggested that he take a note and have some people FIND my number in the system and remove it.  I got the obligitory "I know" and "it's a computer system that is making the calls".

I called them back - I was messing with them. I asked who they were and what  type of business they ran- The guy said that Allied Interstate  does lots of things- So I asked if he was a male prostitute or if he knew any ,then I asked if they sold drugs- He said no nothing like that - so I asked if they made tires or bagels . He  asked for my 10 digiti phone number but I told him I wasn't really talking to him - it was all in his mind- he asked again - I told him I was on a cb radio - breaker breaker- then I hung up on the idiot!

Keep getting calls once a day every day, stating to call this number about a debt to Allied Interstate.  I call the number and I am put on hold, a woman's voice states please hold as all representatives are busy, then says something in French (my French is rusty, but it sounds like a repeat of the message in English).  After holding several minutes the message stops and nothing happens - beware if you get through to someone as this has to be a scam, I have very few debts and those are with my credit card companies... nothing else.

I've gotten phone calls from this number for a few months now. I never answer. Just recently they've been leaving voice mails , only the first half of the message is so garbled I can hardly understand it. From what I can get out of the voice mail they are claiming I have a debt of some sort, which is impossible seeing as I am more than 100% sure that I have never had any debt.

Started receiving calls from this number.  They have left numerous messages on my voicemail.  When I call the number, I am placed on hold for eternity.  This is sooooooo annoying.  To my knowledge, I do not have any outstanding debt, unless someone has stolen my identity.

have been getting these calls for the past several weeks.  Other than I need to get up to answer the phone they are meaningless.  When an anonymous voice  refers to any debt, I hang up.  Don't have, never did, never will have debt.
