This is a total scam.  By the way, not only you have to cancel with acai berry but you have to cancel with Comprehensive Weight Loss Co.  I was psst off because I cancelled with acai berry, got a confirmation number but the next month I get billed again by Comprehensive Weight Loss Co.  They told me that I did not cancel with them and that they are a separate company working with acai berry.  What a rip off and scam.

I was so angry this morning when I noticed the charge on my card in the amount of $29.95 and sure enough when i did some research I found out they have been charging me since December 2008 when I wrote them an email the second I got one from them telling them that i never ordered it and I wanted it canceled on Nov. 20th 2008 and this company ignored my email and continued to charge me every month I am gonna file a fraud on my credit card and print out all these complaints I see here to show my credit card company. These people told me when i called them today that me putting it in writting on the 20th of nov. 2008 wasnt good enough. i cant believe this, I am so angry

Agree w/all who've commented on 866-407-1022...my wife simply wanted to get the Acai Berry pills under their free trial and now we're fighting to get the "associated offer/companies" to cease billing.  Best recommendation to remedy - CALL & CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD.  This is what I did to cease the "bogus" charges.....Good Luck to ALL.

I was amazed to see all of the others who had been duped by these companies that make you feel like a fool for wanting to improve your own health. It's maddening just how many companies are waiting out there preying on people like me. But, I did call the phone number shown on my credit card statement and received the credit of $29.95 for the monthly use of a website mind you!!!! Hullo! If that was in the fine print anywhere, then I surely missed it. Good luck to all of you.

I just found 2 charges on my bank statement from Household Bank from this company , one charge for $29.95 and one for $1.17. I cancelled this account on April 6th. I told them do not put anymore charges on my account. I got the reps name and their ID# the day I cancelled. With the help of my representative from the dispute dept. from Household Bank we did a 3-way call to this Co. Lo and behold they said they would take these charges off. Of course we got 2 confirmation numbers. Let's see what happens. My credit card co. recorded evertything. Thank-God.

I called 866-407-1022 and talked to Toni and then Chelsea. Supposedly I agreed to this when I purchased Genisoy bars from gotbody.com. Um, I know I didn't agree to this free trial with Acai Supplements...I don't take dietary supplements, I ordered the protein bars for my husband.

At first they only wanted to give me the $29.95 that is pending on my account back. But, after advising that I would be contacting BBB and what they were doing was a scam, they agreed to give me both charges back. Guess I wait and see...but I didn't take a chance on them charging me again, I cancelled my card.

Call your bank and tell them what has transpired...they reversed the charges on mine.  It was NEVER something that I agreed too.  Unfortunately, the bank had to close my checking account and re-issue me a new card.

Be very careful..you may soon see several other charges on your card.  Almost $400.00 later, I learned a huge lesson.  Stay away for online ads they are all scams!  And if you want to loose weight-do it the old fashion way.  It is sooooooo much cheaper!  Good luck!
