I have NO idea who this is.   It states UNKNOWN on the Caller ID.


I imagine it is a bill collector for bills over 10 years old.........

Grrrrrr  Who ever had this number before me was poor.!

Now I get all this crap.

Oh yes, I did answer the phone, and NO ONE was there.

I received a call from 716-692-3440, who left a VM to call 1-866-414-1004 regarding a complaint by one of my family members.  Even provided a case number to use.  Gave a company name of something like Marshal Zolinkowski (sic).  I ain't callin' back, that's for sure.

The crime wave in Western New York continues…Keith Marshall and Richard Ziolkowski have set up their criminal debt collection operation near Buffalo, NY, debt collection capital of the world.

In typical ‘Buffalo-Style’ tactics Marshall & Ziolkowski are out there posing as law enforcement, attorneys and court personnel to extort monies from innocent consumers, under the threat of pending litigation they are incapable of.

Marshall & Zilkowski (or as the front of their building says MAZE) violate FDCPA so many times in one call you can walk out of court with the titles to their Mercedes and pay off the debts you actually owe.

Collecting on time barred debts is common with these slimy future prison inmates, they lie about everything, have no clue of the law, and don’t care.

Left a vm saying this call was for the name of my company (which is noted on my voice message).  They go further to say that it is for some other girl's name (not mine) and give the call back number as 866-414-1004 and then gives a case docket number to refer to and ends the message stating he would appreciate cooperation...WHAT!!!!!

I just got a call from these people and they have scared me.  They left a VM message quoting my mortgage loan number and said if I didn't call asap he would freeze both of my mortgage accounts and a credit card that I haven't had in over 20 years.  I called my mortgage co. to be sure what was going on and they assured me that my accoutns were fine but to be careful who you talk to!

I received a message stating that I needed to contact them regarding a pending lawsuit. I or my legal counsel need to call back immediately. The great part of this is that I am very familiar with FDCPA and my digital recorder will be put to work. I am going to have fun with these guys and make some money on top of it all. i look FORWARD to speaking to them.

It's the former Marshall & Ziolkowski of Amherst (Buffalo) NY. They also use 716-692-3453, out of Tonawanda, NY Marshall & Ziolkowski recently lost a six figure judgment, can't afford to pay, so they cahnged their names and ran awa from the collectors looking for them.

I just got a message (4 days old, I never check) telling me to call 866-414-1004, giving me a case number, my correct last name, and that this is a "highly time sensitive matter" and that I was to call them immediately before further action is taken. But they're calling themselves Abrams, Burke and Associates. I called the number (since it's late and I was sure no one would answer) and sure enough I got a message stating that this was Abrams Burke and Associates and that I should leave my name, a contact number and my case number "and an associate MAY return your call".  Whatever.

i unfortunately have delt with marshall and zilokowski before. they were unrelenting and threatning until my husband and i sent a certified letter to the 3 address listed to them to cease communications. they are rude, and brake every law they can possibly can. i have just recieved a phone call from their "NEW" name... i will be following up with another certified letter to them! that is what you need to do to take care of them. DO NOT take their threats serious. they do not even make sense! also.. make sure that you contact the BBB and report them. the more complaints, the more they cant ignore them! good luck

called our office and said my husband needed to call them immediately and call in with the case number.  Then when they threatned to take everything that we had, that we would be audited, and go to jail.  that we had 30 minutes to send the $1800.00........ then I called back in to get the address and they would not give it to me unless I gave them the case number...... then they asked me if I understood english and i said what!.. and he repeated it do I understand english the language that our country speaks. I hung the phone up and called the police the police were here when they called back and her their receptionist tone and cuss at me..... looking for an attorney now I am going to sue them and guess what this debt is 7yrs old and the statue of limitations has ran out

Well they charged one of my credit cards $300.00. I called them on it. I wanted their address. Man those guys are rude. They said they have a judgement against me. The truth is the case against me with providian was dissmissed because the statued of limitation ran out. I still waiting to see if my credit card co removes that fraudulent charge. Had to put fraud alerts on my other cards. Going to sue them if the charge doesn't go away.

I received a call from 716-692-3452 (Abrham & Burke Ass.) on Thursday, January 24, 2008 wanting me to get a message to a family member and have them call Mrs. Davis at 1-866-414-1004 concerning a civil case.  I took the information down and googled the phone number and came to this website.  Glad I decided to mind my own business and not get involved with a family members affairs.

Just got ANOTHER call from them and decided to call back. It's 7 pm here so it's 10pm there and I actually got an answer. They said that I was down as a relative for someone I've never met (and certainly isn't my relative). She said she would have someone call me back about it. I doubt it.

I just got a call that really scared me.  Well actually they called my Mom and sister.  So I called them back and they said I had to pay them $1,000.  If i didnt they would freeze my account within 30 minutes.  They said I owed Bank of America money.  I live in Wisconsin where there is no Bank Of Americas!  I called my bank and Bank Of America and was reassured that this was a scam and not to give any information to them.

What is the FDCPA.  Can we really sue these guys?  I dont understand why they dont get in trouble or shut down?

A Michael Capello called my Mother's house and gave my sister a case #532-24 and said they were filing suit in Palm Beach court. Calling back I was put thru to Micheal Capello who told me I owed Shell Oil Co $750 since 1999 and with interest and penalties I now owed $1500. He said the firm was Abrams Burke & Assoc 1868 Niagra Falls Dr Tonawanda NY 14750. I told him to contact me only by mail. When asked if I intended to pay the debt i told him it depended on the paperwork he sent me. He said if I didn't intend to settle, he wasn't going to bother sending paperwork and would just send the file for litigation. # on caller ID was 716.692.3453

They called me a wicked OLD LADY & I reported them to FTC, NYS ATTORN GEN., & the Consumers Affairs.
Yes, they just started calling again under the name Cole A Kingman or Kingman & Cole, but it's the same # they are calling from, so it must be the same office.
Top it of it's not my debt & the guy incists it's my husbands debt, & I don't have a husband, & let me tell you something else. One call he say's he's Mr. May & another call he say's he's Alfonso but don't remember that he called you before. 1-716-635-6186

MARSHALL & ZILKOWSKI just called again this morning. 716-635-6188 This time he said he was Mr. May & wouldn't reveal that he was Alfanso! I asked him to stop calling my home as this is NOT my debt & I am disabled; his response was: "Your son's father & step mother told me that your son is trying to reach me; & I can call your home because that's where your son called me from." I said, "No he did not, & if I ask you to stop calling my home, you are to stop calling here. Yesterday you called from 716-635-6186 which the caller ID read Cole & Kingman & I had to ask you if were from Marshall & Ziolkowski & you said yes. You keep getting mixed up."
Mr. May then asked, "Have you been drinking?" This guy wakes me out of bed, it takes me a little time to get the phone & he asks me if I'm drinking in the early morning? I said ,"NO I haven't been drinking but you keep getting mixed up. You can't even remember what company you are calling from, or who you are looking for, let alone NYS LAW!"
Mr. May: "WEll I work for 2 companies & you are making me feel stupid, like you are above me, you are smarter than me.(He almost started crying here) Me :"No, honey you do that to yourself; if you can get your stories straight then maybe you wouldn't feel like that."
