OMG this just happened to me I got a Letter from the office saying that I owed Goodlife fitness 349.00 and I never signed up all i did was sign something for the 7 day free trial and the lady called me after 7days asking if i wanted to continue service and i said no but she didnt cancel it. :(

This person is clearly an employee...

My husband was getting messages from them for months.  He finally got a letter from them today.  It is a Collection Agency working on behalf of Goodlife Fitness.  This is the return address on the letter:

I read all the gloom and doom on here and I started to get worried about what I was reading so I decided to look into this company myself and below is what I found on these guys.

I have since paid my debt and honestly wish that the people that wrote the fraud warings etc..  would actually verify thier information before spamming lies on here. Scarred the hell out of me there!! It seems that they are collecting past due balances owed on contracts for Goodlife Fitness.

Here's the information I received from the Law Society of Upper Canada:

I am in receipt of your inquiry regarding the verification of a lawyer that you believe is named Casey Von Morlehan.

I can confirm that we do have a William Casey Von Moorlehem listed as a lawyer licensee with the Law Society of Upper Canada. He is currently listed as a Sole Practitioner and is in good standing.

i havent gotten a call from them yet but have gotten a letter in the mail today saying i owe 78.36 for the last month for my membership(i had to cancel it). n i cant pay it for about a month n they said it has gone to collections already,about 4 days ago. i was jus wondering did u jus go back and pay them when u had the money or did they actually take it from u?
