This company has called me every day for months now and I don't answer so they call me back but don't leave a message. I want it to stop and have blocked them but they still call. Can't something be done about this company, Better Business Bureau please step in and help out with this company now. I know that bad language will not be tolerated here but please CAN'T SOMEONE HELP OUT NOW!!! I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PLACE SO *#*@&* HELP US POOR PEOPLE OUT!!! Thank you.

This number calls daily. I finally answered to tell them to put my number on the do not call list. They didn't respond when I answered and I finally hung up. I searched the number and it says it's Waypoint Resource Group. I've also been getting numerous collection calls for a Megan Pearson. I do not know this person and have had my phone number for over a year. This could be part of that or it could be a spoofed number. Who knows. It's highly annoying. I don't have any debt collectors looking for me. I shouldn't have to deal with anyone else's debt collectors either.

they also use 806-516-9412 claims to be a lawyer collecting a debt and wont give information unless you provide your social number.

As of December 2020,   this company Waypoint Resources  still calling and hang up.   doesn't leave any messages.   I'm blocking the number

Called twice today.  No message.  Came up with a local area code and number.  I blocked it but what really gets me is that these companies should be required to use their phone number.  They shouldn't be able to disguise their number.  That right there screams shady.

How do you know that they are not using their phone number?  Did you call them back on that number?  Waypoint has lots and lots of phone numbers and they do go back to that company.  When they don't then that is a possible violation of the FDCPA.  Everything else that you need to know has already been posted.
