I called the number since I have had fraud before recently returned from a trip. Fifth Third was watching my account. so I returned the call. There was no answer. I did not give my account number.  I then called the real  Fifth Third customer service line. The service representative is not from the fraud department and we will verify on Monday but the text of the calls was NOT typical scripting or in line with Fifth Third's customer care. This is most likely a scam.

getting harrassing calls from 833-557-2877  Dispute Resolution Center of Houston Tx.  calling about a 5/3 rd bank account past due $370.  Wanting me to pay with prepaid debit card.  I must leave immediately with them still on phone to go get card.  Also will deliver papers to my door between 3 pm and 5 pm Carol Johnson calls from a unknown #.  They demand me I must go get card immediately.  Also Tells me they will triple amount owed if I don't
