get calls everyday from this number.  decided to pick up to find out who it was today.  she said she was from a bank (possibly barclays as above) and asked for my "social".  i asked what she wanted it for and she said she needed to know who she was talking to.  I asked if she thought i was stupid and i wouldn't give her my social.  she hung up.

It is a credit card company  Do you have Juniper credit card

I get calls from this number and one other. They are from Carnival and Barclays/Juniper. I cancelled my card about 6 months ago and they refused to let me check my bill online. They kept backing my due date up and then charging me $39 for being late. I am on a fixed income and called and told them this. I got someone from India. They said that was standard procedure so I told them I would not pay if this was their procedure. Now I get 2 $39 charges each month. One for late fee and one for over limit. They call 24/7 and have some kind of system where they can tell if your phone is on. I leave my phone off unless I am using it and they keep trying to call when I am talking. They are a rip-off company and I'm not going to pay them.

This is the Credit Card compay which was Bailed out by fedral government and will not give break to the consumers. They kind of forget that the money they received from Government was the taxpayers money and they will not give a break there is also another number they call and that is 866-408-4070 and we cannot block these calls. If any one has an idea Post it.

They call from different numbers all the time.  DAY & NIGHT!  Begins early in the day and they end late at night.  Sometimes when I answer...they take forever to get on the phone...if they ever come.  Other times they just hand up.  A big thorn in the butt!

I'm self employed as a massage therapist and was forced to move for family reasons, which destroyed my practice. I have fallen behind on bills as a result of rebuilding my practice and the creditors have been ringing my phone battery dead. I have been fighting with Juniper who is now Barclay for weeks.

They are always thickly accented and don't seem to understand when I explain that I have no money to pay them. The standard reply is " Yes sir, I understand your condition. Now will you be paying this amount by check or debit payment today." They are as compassionate as Dick Cheney at a LGBT rally. Basically they are refusing any hardship payment plan or settlement option, which makes me laugh now that I hear they were bailed out by the government!

My solution to the debt calls was to save their phone number on my phone with a silent ring tone and put their name as "I am successful and wealthy." Now at least when I notice my phone light up I get a little bit of a lift instead of even more anxiety as I work my @$$ off to repay these jerks my principal plus about $1k in fees. :p

Bankrupcy is the only to get them off the rear end!I owed them 6300.00 and it now is ten thousand dollars.They will not get a dime.Feels like a great government program to me.

COLLECTIONS

These people call several times a day.  I have 3 small children and have to turn the ringer off so they don't wake them up from naps and at 9:00 pm when my children are in bed.  They are asking for a Selena, I told them there is nobody here by that name and I have had this number for 10 years. She said she would make note of it but of course the calls keep coming.

I also have a Juniper/Barclays card and the same situation with the fees so I cannot pay right now.  They are annoying!!!!

I have 2 phones a home and a home office number and these creeps keep calling looking for someone that does not even live here!!!!!! Someone owes them money but it is NOT ME!  How can I make them stop??  Today I lost my cool, ansered the phone and screamed at her, basically telling her with today;s modern technology a 3 year old could find out who lives at what number.  She had the balls to tell me I was rude......Seriously?????  There calling the office right now!!!! Just yelled at her too.....WTF

Here at the numbers we get calls from ALL THE TIME a minimum of 5 calls a day per phone!!!! 866-832-4459. 866-456-0684. 866-456-0677. 800-883-0613. 866-948-2205. 866-663-2229.

They call me all the time, wouldnt work with me and so I just accept the call, set the phone down and ignore it.  I tried to be reasonable at first but they were rude and annoying.

I dont answer my phone at home anymore because of the person who had the number before me over 2 years ago still getting numerous collection calls daily.  I tried to explain this to them but now I just turned the answering machine and ringer off.  There is no reasoning with these people!

I did a settlement offer ....Paid them off for the amount that THEY wanted and they still keep calling me telling me that I still owe $61.00   they call every day

I informed these morons that I was going through Money Management Intl. to pay off my C.C. debts at ZERO percent interest since I've laid off since Sept. and the lady got really pissy with me. Trying to tell me that I still have to pay them no matter what. She needs to get her [***] straight. We have over $15K in credit card debt that would have taken 34 years to pay off. Going through MMI we will have it paid off in 4 years.

They keep calling me for a person who doesn't live here & I was cordial at first explaining that they had the wrong person & wrong address information.  The one guy David became very condescending with me insisting that I was who he was looking for.  Now they call and hang up when I answer.  I have never had an account with Barclay's or Juniper but they keep harassing me.  Now when they call, I call back and request to speak to David because the baby needs some milk and we haven't seen him all week!  There is also a guy name Ray and a female who calls periodically.  They really think they are super smart & know all the ends and outs of finding people but they keep calling the wrong people.  I use to get upset but now I am enjoying calling them back...LOL  I reported the number to the National Do Not Call List but they continue to call.  David is an ASSet!

I contacted these guys and within an hour I had a payment plan that I will be able to pay off 100% in 5 years as opposed to 34 years. ZERO percent interest, NO late fees, NO over limit fees.
I was like you. 15 calls per day from "TOLL FREE" numbers which meant bill collectors. I ignored them for almost 10 months until U.S. Bank told me to call MMI. Boy, am I glad that I did.
I know now that the calls will soon stop and I can attempt to get on with my life.
PLEASE do not just ignore the calls. They will not go away. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Both numbers - 866-456-0677 And 866-408-4070 are Barclays Bank, aka Juniper credit card. We are both laid off and informed them there would be no payment for an estimated 3 months. They call 6 to 8 times every day, both cell and landline until I blocked the calls. They will not work with anyone and do not listen to what you say, just insist that you make a payment and catch it up. I asked the person I was talking with if they had a money tree in the yard I could get it from and she just went on about how I needed to make a payment. I said get it from your CEOs and hung up, then blocked the numbers. I am willing to admit my debt, but these will be the last people I pay due to their lack of working with customers! My home and secured debt and family expenses come first!
You can block the calls, either online or call the phone company to do it.

Good luck with that! they will not stop calling you if you are behind at all and believe me they want every stinking penny of fees and interest BEFORE they apply any to the principal. They received $$$ from the bailout, pay their CEOs big bonus but will not work with the little guy who owes them a lousy $6K.
