My sister was actually a victim of this scam and I am simply trying to find the web site that she went to where she provided them with information. Does anyone have the URL?

Ive been receiving calls from a company that wont disclose their name or who they represent other than stating I owe them money for a Payday loan.  When I called back the Indian man got hostile with me in tone of voice while demanding payment for a loan.  He hung up when I stated I didnt have a payday loan with the company he mentioned, CashNet.  I have received up to 8 calls a day from this man and a lady demanding settlement or legal action will be taken.  They also cantacted my job in which my Boss personally called me about.  

These people are a scam and I really hope someone can track them down.  If they are here in the US, I'm possitive all of those who have received the threatening calls from them will agree to testify against them in a Court of Law.

The person that called me(can barely speak english) said I must call the very minute I get his msg and if I didn't..... he gave vague threat, a lot of which I couldn't understand. I did call back (but his mailbox was too full so it was impossible to leave a msg) because when I get a hold of someone I want to let off some steam as I am very angry with the whole message. tone and the fact that the person does not speak enough english to carry on a simple conversation let alone talk about something that can have very negative effects on my life and credit score. He did say have a nice day. Really????????? You would think the whole thing came out of 3rd rate novel or from one of those trash mags.
I am really hoping he calls me back. I am asking for all the companies info and telling him this info will be passed on to my attorney.
If anyone knows the name of the company associated with 866-463-1803  ext 7001. Can you PLEASE post it here? Thank you so much for any additional info on this place/person.

Forgot to mention he gave my state governments name with a vague reference that it had something to do with them I know this is not true. MORE importantly he gave me the last 4 digits of my SS#

I Just got a call on behalf of my friend they had his complete social number I confirmed if with my friend the a55hole literally gave me his ssn on my voicemail! I still have the message when I called back they answered "security" seriously????? They had his whole ssn! This is scary and complete BS. Has anyone had their complete social?

I delt with thes people before when I told them they where a fraud he told me he represented a law firm in California my question was wouldn't a lawfirm in the united states use someone with enough english skills I could understand them. He got made and turnded the phone over to a ficticional officer johnson I think he called himself sounded like the same guy to me I told him he could not get the last 4 numbers of my social and thatt I was shure he was a scam, at that point the "officer" started to sdream at me that "if I am a hoax  go [***] yourself" then threatended me with jail time. so I wished him the best and that seased the calls for a year now im getting 1 call a day from them and their leaving messedges.

Unfortuneatly there is no company url or website because this is a scam. They use different companies like,Cash in advanced, Net Cash, United Cash and the list goes on and on. My suggestion is to keep the messages, file a harrassment complaint with your local police department, explain to them that this is a case of identity theft because they have your personal info  and inform the local police you are in the process of contacting your local govenors office of consumer affairs and then straight to the F T C, the number  to the F T C is 877-382-4357. Allot of us have already started the process and have gotten our local police dept incident report already to complete our paper trail against these people. Please continue to help the fight continue. I was informed that an elderly couple was scammed out of their life savings and was scared to death. They told her her grandson was in trouble for taking out a loan in their name. When the elderly sent them 5000.00 U S dollars, the "company" from the legal dept said the debt was not settled and these elderly people sent them an undisclosed amount of money until a family member stepped in and found out what was going on. I hope American Citizens will at least come together on this and stop these scammers because it does affect all of us in some way.

Yes and my deceased husband. Please call the F T C. Look at this entire website, the list goes on and on. There are 4 pages from beginning to end. Go to page one, I think, and look at ALFALFAS reply it is pretty long. It maybe page two. The F  T C number is 877-382-4357. I hope you get some closure and we get these jerks.

Hey Mike just reported you the FTC and they are on you like white on rice.  All I can say is"I wish you good luck"  Sound familiar?????

I have gotten continued calls from this number. Everytime they leave a message stating leagal action will be taken if I do not respond within the same business day. I have attempted several times to contact someone. On only ONE occassion I was able to get in touch with a person I could barely understand. He told me I had a payday loan with a certain complany that I had not paid on and that they were going to press criminal charges against me. FIRSTLY, I dont have a payday loan out. SECONDLY, they would have to attempt to collect the debt by other means (civil vs criminal). The minute I started questioning the man, he promptly hung up on me and now I cannot get in touch with anyone at this number. THIS IS FRAUDULENT!
I will be contacting the FDC.

Please do. I was so mad in responding that I accidently put FDC but it is FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION). I am so sorry for the mistake but I hope everyone gets the message. The number to a direct person is 877-382-4357 push 3 after the prompts. Thank you America for sticking together on this. I found out through the REAL LAW ENFORCEMENT that these scumbags scared an elderly couple so bad that they sent them thousands of dollars. That could be anyones parents or grandparents. We also have a T.V. producer involved. Please everyone keep posting and reporting to the FTC. If there is anyway to keep recorded messages please do that as well. Thanks again.

Yes I have been getting the same calls, I applied for an online loan a little over a month ago, I am self employed starting my own business with the help of a Marketing company, I put down my trainer as a reference to verify my self employment as a Marketing Executive, and they started harassing her before they even got a hold of me, saying that I put her down as my work number! KEEP IN MIND THAT I NEVER EVEN RECIEVED A PAYDAY LOAN IN THE FIRST PLACE...THEY STARTED OUT BY CALLING HER AND SAYING THAT "IF I DID NOT GET A HOLD OF A SO CALLED GEORGE TAYLOR, THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE LOCAL POLICE AND SEND THEM OUT TO ARREST ME!!!! ALSO SAYING THAT HE WAS FROM SOME KIND OF  "DEPARTMENT OF RESTITUTION" !!?????
So as soon as my reference got a hold of me and told me everything they said, I was stunned at first, then finally call this number, at first I got no answer and only a machine recording "your call may be recorded for security reasons" or something to that nature. So I kept calling and finally a man picked up and answered as "Judge Morgan".....I think that is what he said, he was mumbling.
So after they kept harassing my reference, and still are I looked up the number under google search, and right away I see these links, many just the same ass this one, with people testifying  to the exact same stories or extremely simular..... THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITTING FRAUD, HARRASSMENT, AND POSSIBLY IDENTITY THEFT..... KEEP LOOKING BECAUSE I AM GOING TO PRESS CHARGES AND MY ASSOCIATE MAY BE DOING THE SAME.

These calls are harassing what can I do to stop I almost lost my job

I have gotten the same phone calls on my cell and my work numerous times a day. They are rude and said I have to pay almost $500 today to settle my so called issue or he was sending legal papers to my job and local police station and said I will be suspended from my job.

Got call and the jerk kept calling my job 5 minutes straight and actually called me B#### because I advised him this was a place of business and do not call this line.  Never identified himself said he hopes I get what I deserve.. I need to know how to report this harrassment.
