These guys are scammers from CashnetUSA, They got so vulger with me when I called them back. I told them they were thieves and scammers and that's when the "suck my D**k" started. I sent an email to cashnetusa, told them I had contacted the Texas State Attorney Generals office and they don't care. There is not much you can do about these people except not let them intimidate you into anything. They got your information online, somewhere you filled out a form for a payday loan advance that they got ahold of. They are not even in the U.S. so they can't be presecuted.

What I did was put them on speed dial from every number they used to call me. (if you block their number they will call you from a different line) and continued to call them over and over. Once they see you are not intimidated and they are not going to scare you into anything they will leave you alone.

As for calling your job,i suggest you tell your boss that you are being harrassed and have filed complaints against them. If your boss isn't a jerk maybe he/she will tell them to not call your work number anymore. I was lucky, my work number was a government installation, the call was traced and  that made them calling a federal offense.
Good luck, just stand your ground, they are thieves and can't take their own medicine.

Please tell others of this criminal action. These people have stolen from the American working class. My sister was a victim of this. She only lost about 250 bucks, but that is a lot when you are in school and a waitress at night.

Somehow or another these scammers get personal info and use it against you to make you feel "fear" that you have committed a crime or something...

    Remember these 2 simple things....

Debt collectors are no fun, but they have to provide you written notice of the debt collection and have to provide information on when the debt was taken on and what instrument caused this action to occur i.e. a electronic advance, a paper check, etc....

Debt collectors do not ask for your attorney to call them. They would not wish that on anyone. Plus, if they actually intended on filing a case in court for small claims, etc.. it would cost them more than it is worth to collect a fee, or past due amount....especially a payday loan,,,,

Also, if our information is out there, that means that Teletrak and others who provide this information...must have better security standards. Not all of your info was tracked down through the internet...

Some of the info was provided to these theives from teletrak directly.

Be AWARE OF these other numbers as well:

    1-866-463-1803
    1-508-683-0012

Fake names: Mike Thompson, Donald Griffith, mark Hernandez, etc..

I call them all Tele-terrorists...What is next...

This group has been calling my cell# and work# for the last few months.  I have told them not to call me several times and they keep calling.  They're saying that I have a warrant in California and I need to call them ASAP.  I have never lived in California!

4/4/2012 I recieved a call from the collections dept for US Cash and Loan. The middle eastern dude sayd I had taken out a loan for 300.00 and I had not paid it back. He asked me to verify my social security number and rattled it off. I did not verify it for him.  I told him I had no loan thru them and it was a nice try dumb a#ss. I informed him they had tried this about a year ago. He then got hostile with me so I unloaded the F bombs. He hung up. So I called him back and he asked me if I was gong to pay it or is he going to have to have my wages garnished. I told him to go ahead and try that. So he rattled off my place of employment. I told him good luck getting them to pay because I was not really employed there and that was just a front my leader made up to help me keep my cover. And that I was a part of the Terrorist Tracking for Ireland. (my real name is Irish) And that I had a location on him and that a Anti-Terrorist team would be paying them a visit. He told me to go f#ck myself and hung up.

I've been dealing with these scum for about 2 years.

Have filed reports with local attorney general, ftc, local police. I thought I was rid of them as I hadn't heard from them since October. Nope, calls started again yesterday.

I'm getting gutsier as ALL the info they have minus my name and social are wrong which means if they try something they WILL get caught.

Do not listen to these idiots. NOTHING they say has any validity AT ALL. If you are not already, make yourself aware of the Fair Debt Collection laws. The folks are low, I'm fairly sure they have children working for them too. They troll all these reverse number look up sites and will reply to our comments...IGNORE THEM do not engage them.

The Secret Service and FBI are on to them, they will be caught eventually. It took years to get Bin laden, these folks with suffer the same fate soon enough. At this point I record their calls and do my best to keep them on the phone as long as possible. The longer you harass them the less time they have to screw the unsuspecting.
