- The7thwizardit seems to me that if you use your phone for promotion purposes, (voting on american idol, voting for the pro bowl) you get these calls, Ive never received a call from this number till i used my phone to cast my picks for the pro bowl. I don't know. I think its SPRINT though for sure. I never answer numbers i dont recognize. ESPECIALLY numbers that are displayed on my phone's caller id in the " 1-800 to 1-888" codes
- Jamie replies to RMI have "answered the call" several times to tell them I am not interested and to remove my name from the list...and I'm still getting calls.
- JohnI have received a few calls from 866-463-3021. The first few times I didn't answer and they left no message. This time I answered and there was no one on the other end. I just called the number back and it was an automated system asking if I wanted to add additional lines to my service. The options were #5 to add lines or #6 to not add lines. I pushed #6 so I hope that stops the calls.

- LL replies to mthat is incorrect.
i have worked in collections b4 and actually we used the dialer all the time to call cell phones (sure it pissed people off but that's collections, not telemarketing). the dialer calls whatever phone number is entered into their system, whether landline or cell. - JayJayHey Im gettin these calls also. I have some great advice for you...just dont pick it up if you dont know who it is....Some of you are making it sound like its the end of the world getting a call from a company you dont know...chill out..I mean were these people calling you in the middle of your presentation on the theory of quantum mechanics??? I thought not, you were probably just sitting around doing nothing anyways or even worse driving...It is annoying but stop whining like its torturing you.....
- connie replies to KurtzI got the same phone call. I think Sprint tries to sell you something
- ConnieI would love for them to stop calling me.
- DJ IN FLORIDA replies to ChrisYou are wrong. You can also list cell phone numbers and file a complaint against any company who calls that number. I have already done it twice.
- RootsJust got the call from 866-463-3021. It was hard to really tell what they wanted 'cause this Sprint/Samsung phone is so crappy- It seems they want to give me a new phone, or another line or upgrade my service or something. The problem is that if you accept the offer, you have just signed up for another 2 year contract with Sprint. Unless you are way happy with the service, that is probably not a good idea as when you try to change 18 months from now or whenever you'll discover the $150 penalty on your closing bill and you have to pay it.

- PanchoI too had call from this number to my Sprint mobile. I didnt answer (I never answer any call that is not in my contacts, and check the voice mail number later). I google it and got this page. The funny part is that I am already in both www.donotcall.gov, and specfically told Sprint before never call me for marketing purposes.
Do you know how can I file a complaint? - MartyAnnoying calls using up valuable minutes I have to pay for

- LisaI just got this call the other day, answered it, and they "appeared" to be Sprint. However, the woman could not speak communicable English, and the information that I did get from her was that she was trying to sell me something. The key here was she made it seem like she was from Sprint...but asked ME how much I was currently paying for my "Sprint" phone bill. Huh??!!! I told her that if she was legit SHE would know that, and hung up on her.
Today, I received another call from an unknown # and it was the same one everyone else is reporting here.
ANSWERER BEWARE and do not give out any information to this group until they clarify WHO they are. - brandyanother nuissance from sprint... i canx my contract and now they want to harass me and get me back. yeah this is a way to win me over. i dont THINK so!
- Caller: sprint
- DeusSexMachinaI called the back. It was Sprint, wanting to sell additional products and services in the event you want to add a line to your current service plan. If you call them back, you get an automated message, and you can actually opt-out of new promotions by pressing 6.

- CaroJust because they say they're Sprint doesn't mean they are. I suspect they got my number off a list when I made the mistake to get a 'free' ringtone at ringtonetime.com. I've had TROUBLE with them!! They considered me a 'member' and charged my account for a monthly $10 and I hadn't even given them my credit card number number!!! I had to request for them to LEAVE ME ALONE. In fact I should check my account to make sure they haven't stole from me this month. And they used to TEXT me all the time too! I had to block them!! I wish I could just block calls too instead of just messages!
A month later I start getting calls from 866 463-3021. I KNOW those guys got my number off those other scammers at ringtone. - cmI received a call today at 1159am on my land line. I have sprint but have never received calls on my cell.
- brucem3They called today and said they were Sprint. Said they could offer a better calling plan. Asked how many minutes I used. They said "there are so many <my name> in the system, is your Sprint number <incorrect number>. I said no. They asked if I would give them the correct Sprint number. I said no.
