- GSI got another call from this number! It has been more than one time, who is calling and what does it want?
- ErikaTwo calls this week from 866-463-3021. At 9PM and then 7PM. No message left. From this and other discussion forums I gather this is Sprint bothering their own customers? I just emailed the privacy department from sprint.com. We'll see what that accomplishes. Like others, I'm on every DNC list. How strange to harass one's own customers though.

- jimi've received several calls fron 866-463-3021 wanting to sell add-ons.
first few times i was polite and said i was busy, please don't call back.
that did not work, so now i am rude and i cuss them out for calling.
they hang up without saying anything else.- Caller: sprint
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JenniferThey have called atleast twice a day, everyday including Sat. and Sun. for the last few weeks. If I answer which is hardly ever, no one says anything and after several Hellos? they hang up.
- LarryI'm giving Sprint their walking papers real soon. They've screwed me twice on promises made when I signed up. In addition, over a year ago I sent them an e-mail saying that I was having difficulty getting signed up for their pay-the-bill-on-line service. No one responded, and I just forgot about it. They did finally respond, though -- nearly a year later -- saying that they just learned that I'd requested assistance. And now they're calling me to solicit? I'll be surprised if these morons are still in business five years from now.
- BernardKeep getting calls from 866-463-3021. It's Sprint. I had called back and asked to be removed from their list. The person was polite, but I am still getting these calls. I don't think it's right that Sprint can call and waste my cell minutes with sales calls. I had the same problem with my morgage company. It took almost a year to get rid of them.

- HeatherReceived a call from 866-463-3021 today and ignored it since I received the same call Friday night. The call was Sprint asking if I'd like to add another line of service. I said no, originally, so I'm curious to see why they would call again if it was the same marketing call.

Do-Not-Call Policy. Sprint Nextel maintains its own "do-not-call" list to enable subscribers and potential customers to prevent future telephone marketing calls to any phone number. During a telemarketing call, you may be asked to contact Sprint Nextel Customer Care at a toll-free number given to you during the call if you wish to register a do-not-call request. You also may register your request by sending an email to officeofprivacy@sprint.com. Sprint Nextel will promptly record your preference, although you should allow up to thirty (30) days for your number to be removed from any Sprint Nextel sales campaign then underway. Any do-not-call request associated with a particular number will be respected by Sprint Nextel for a minimum period of five (5) years, or longer if required by law, and two (2) years for our business customers. In the event that you change your number, you should contact Sprint Nextel to remove your old telephone number and add your new number to Sprint Nextel's do-not-call list, if you want to maintain your do-not-call preference. Also, please remember, you still will receive customer service or account-related calls from Sprint Nextel. Sprint Nextel checks the telephone numbers of residential non-subscribers on the national and state do-not-call registries and does not call persons who have put their numbers on those registries, except as otherwise permitted by law. For example, Sprint Nextel may contact former customers or others with whom the company has an established business relationship unless you are listed on our internal do-not-call list.- Caller: Sprint

- DeanSprint sucks!!!
I've asked them repeatedly not to call my number and the calls continue to come in. It must suck to be so hard up for business that you'll stoop to bugging people to death with your sales calls instead of doing with the customer asks. Yea - Sprint sucks!!! - MorryI receive a all just about everyday from this #. I was expecting a call from a doctor, and thought it might be that call. The person had a heavy accent and said he was from Nextel and wanted to speak to the person who had this account. I hung up. I still continue to get calls. This is extremely annoying
