- Dakota replies to StellaI too have been getting these calls. Called Sprint customer service and asked them to verify if this number was a Sprint number harassing me along with the harassing Sprint text messages and her reply was that she didn't have access to find out about that information - which I don't believe, so I told her to google it, and she said she couldn't while at work - which I don't belive as it seems to relate to a legit call. She also suggested to use the security function to block 800 numbers and put this number on the do not call list. So, Sprint customer service wouldn't do anything specific to verify and terminate these harrasing calls and text messages. Wonder why?
- tigger2They called today after not calling for a few months. I will be emailing Sprint to hopefully stop these calls. In the meantime I'm going to put the number under Do not answer and then in 30 or so days delete it. Then I'll update the situation here. It's really annoying, especially since I was napping today. I thought they got the hint last time they called that I wasn't interested.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- DrewCalls once a day, everyday, does not leave a message.
- Molly| 1 replyI just got back from lunch...had a voicemail. Wrote down the number while waiting for the message to play, as always. No message, just the background noise of several people talking. They're definitely not the brightest crayons in the box - they sat there for over a minute & a half after the voicemail beeped for them to leave a message.
- Molly replies to MollyOh..forgot to mention that this is my office phone...at a corporate office.
- UpsetHave been getting this call for the past three months. I never answered it and finally deciced to search the internet to see what I can find for it, which led me to this webstite. it seems to always happen around mid-afternoon and on Tuesdays.
- OutaplaceI also have been receiving calls for the past few weeks, no message. Just now, it rang again, no one there when I answered, (I did not wait, thinking it was a recorded message.) Annoying!
- KRI think this is a way for Sprint to get people to hear their new promotions. I don't know if it's a sneaky way to get around the "Do Not Call" list or not because they aren't saying anything until after the phone owner calls back. I too would just get background "buzz" until I hung up. I just called the number back and the recording said "Thank you for calling us back" Then I was instructed to push "1" if I wanted to hear new promotions or add a line to my exsisting service and "2" if I did not. I usually don't answer the "Toll Free" calls but this has gone on for quite a while and I was going to put it to a stop...Ha!

- DeeDee replies to StellaBeen getting calls from the same number also. Only during the hours I am at work. After two calls, I texted them back PLACE ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST. They are still calling. Last time I answered and just sat there while they said "Hello?" "Hello?" then I slowly hung up. Next time, I plan to answer and press buttons in their ears. Maybe I should just call sprint and have the number blocked from my phone!
- RMTo clarify, although some of us are indeed part of the National call list, we are still part of the sprint call list. What this means is they still have the right to give us a call, for them to inform tabout some great discounts that we have as a valued Sprint customer. I do understand where evrybody's coming from, I myself doesn't want to annoyed by these types of calls for that long. So I would recommend that you answer the call and hear them out. So by the time you've had a 2 minute discussion, you'll either be doing business or you won't. All you need to do is inform them if you're not interested or agree to whatever proposal they have. It would only take two minutes of your time. Who knows.. They might put a smile on your face like what they did to mine..

- glendon144I just received one of these calls and there was no voice on the other end of the line. It must be a computer that Sprint or their contractor is using to make the calls.
- Justin frm L.A.I received same calls and it's very irritating. I think the last time i recieved such calls, I was talking to an agent from India. I hang up ang dialed customer care hoping I will be transferred to an agent from the Philippines since they speak good english and extremely polite that Indian and Us-based agents and I'm glad I did. I haven't receive any for the past four months.
