I was in the shower when a call from 1-866-469-3328.  I could see the number on my LCD and did not recognize the it so did not answer.  The caller did not leave a message.  I tried to call the number back, but I blocked my number first...  My call reached a recorded error message that my number could not be completed as dialed.  If it was an important call, they'd leave a message.  If they call back I will try to answer so I can report what they wanted.  If it is a telemarketer, I am also on the Do Not Call list.  I understand these scam artists move on nearly as quickly as they started and are difficult to catch.  Doesn't matter if it is illegal, they do it anyway.  If this is truly for auto warranty, I don't trust that and do not need any warranties anyway.  I will just tell them 'no thanks' and hang up.

I received this call on my cell phone several times now. This call was a recorded message about your auto warranty details. When prompted to be removed from their calling list I chose to be removed. I am still getting calls from them.

I have gotten about 100 second notices that my warranty has expired on my vehicle-each stating that this will be my final notice -I wish. I ask to be removed from the list, they hang up. The newest message says to push one to reinstate warranty and to push 2 to be deleted from calling list. This obviously does not work since I keep receiving the calls. It is frustrating since the second you actually get someone on the line they hang up if you don't want the warranty.

Recent calls from 866-469-3328 and 562-223-8821 were automated messages about car warranty expiring soon - "final notice" - press 1 to extend, press 2 to remove from list -- today a Missed call from 702-346-2420, no message - phone lookup comes to phony listing for Jenna Jimerson in Mesquite NV.

I pretended to want the warranty, it was an automatic call from a glass repair shop, very annoying.

I have gotten calls from this number at home, at work and on my mobile phone. The recorded message is about a car warranty. After pushing 2 to be removed; the calls persist although all accounts are on the Do not call registry. I had some spare time at work and decide to push 1 for a live operator; I managed to keep the poor sap on the line for a good five minutes asking about a warranty for my Ferrari Testarossa and my 2008 Ford Festiva (a car that doesn't exist). I asked what kind of car he drove and he said he didn't have a car. Eventually, I got bored and hung up. Now I kind of hope they call again.

I got this call a few weeks ago. First automated then a person. I asked to be removed, just got the call again today. Obviously they don't listen. I know my number is on the do not call list. Too bad they don't give you decent instructions on how to report someone.

This number called and said they had important information regarding lowering my credit card rates and then listed visa, mastercharge, blah blah a bunch of known card companies.  I stayed on the line after the initial recording to speak with a "represevative" and told her I had no cards.  She then hung up on me.  I tried to call back to no avail.

Well, my incident was pretty [***]! I too got the recording after answering the phone, but it said something along the lines of being from my credit card company. So I pressed 1 to be conncted to a rep and my first question was "what company are you with?" She claimed to be with Financial Solutions out of New York. So I asked, "Where did you get this number from?" And her response was experian. I knew this to be a lie because this is my business line registered under the company name, not mines! So I laughed and asked for a number to call them back to confirm and she hung up.  Imagine that.  =)

Auto about my credit card acct. I don't have one. Call came in on my cell. My number is also on the do not call.   Guess this is another one to forward to NY rep Schumer.  He's trying to get washington off there [***] and do something about this.

Looks like this number has been given to someone else, or is serving dual purpose. I just got a call and it wasn't about a car warranty. It was a recorded message from Samual Parker calling from the National Healthcare Association to talk to me about health insurance. It said to call them back at 1-877-827-7861.

Got a call from "Dan or Sam Parker" from the "National Healthcare Association" and left a return call number of 877-827-7861.  Says he's calling me because I have been selected to receive healthcare ins for $3 a day and says i'm uninsured.  The caller ID says 866-469-3328.  I have recv'd calls from this number before, but they claimed they were calling about my "vehicle warranty" now it's a "national healthcare assoc"!   Meanwhile i have private PPO insurance and my vehicle warranty is not expiring for another three years, so it's definitely telemarketers selling just about everything!

Voicemail message to my cellphone from Samuel Parker saying my family could get national health care coverage for $99 per month. It said I needed to call 1-877-827-7861.  It's just another annoying unsolicited sales call.  Could be a scam, but anyway, I'm not interested and I don't like getting these calls.

I saw the number calling, but decided to google it instead of answering, and was led to this site. You guys just saved me from being annoyed. THANKS!

These jerks called my cell again. When will the gov. do something about this? Reporting obviously does no good.

Scammers!  They just called about credit card stuff.  I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the guy obviously handed the phone to his cube mate who introduced himself as "Bubba Hazzard" and attempting to make references to The Dukes of Hazzard.  Kind of humerous in a messed up way.  They eventually hung up on me.  I don't know if it will do any good, but I work for the FEDS and have passed along the information.
