This was a recorded message received on my cell phone.  I have registered my number on the do-not-call list and don't appreciate having to pay for telemarketing calls.

They call trying to sell health insurance, auto warranty, and to get a lower percentange on my credit cards. If you ask any questions they hang up.

I've heard of people creating scams and using a program, if you will, that is similar to the Spoof App for the iPhone. It seems as if they call from a number, but it is fake, and thus, covers up their number on caller ID. They have recently called me, asking if I wanted information on my own car. How fn stupid is that. I know everything about my car. My advice to all of you, don't answer your phone if you don't recognize the number.

They have been calling me constantly on my cel phone for at least a year. The number is on "do not call" registry AND I don't have a car. I can't get them to stop. I have reported them to the FTC. They are totally ignoring telemarketing laws.

These jerkwads called my phone but I DO NOT ANSWER numbers I do not recognize. I even had to disable my voicemail because these warranty scammers will not stop leaving crap messages. Get it through your thick numbskulls, WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SCAM CALLS, GO AWAY!!!!!

Got a call from 800 469 3328 on work, cell phone, home phone saying that the warranty on my vehicle was expiring, they couldn't tell my name, my car, or anything AND I'm in the DO NOT CALL LIST, anyone knows anything else about this company? They are doing illegal calls non-stop and we need to make a complaint. Jessica (the caller) said that they are located on Northwest, Georgia and that they do not have a website nor do they have an address. This is all I could get from them.

received another one of these car warrenty calls on my cell.  I can count on 2 hands the number of people that have my cell #, so I would like to know how they got this number.  I pressed option #2 to be removed from the list.  We'll see how that works.

Call from them today, left voicemail - seems they are getting craftier! Now they have to irritate me by making me check my voicemail too. Car warranty thing. Have had calls from them before, even before I had a car.. Very odd

they called my cell.  I never give out this number to anyone but friends, family and clients.  Telemarketers are extremely annoying.

They called me while I was at work, so I didn't answer. When I tried to call the number back, all I could get was a busy signal.

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer it since I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Tried to call them back and the operator said that the number or area code is invalid...I figured this number was from a telemarketer. I don't have a car, so why would I need an auto warranty...idiots...

Im getting tired this number calling me on my cell phone.  I do not know how they got the number.  What can you do about this?  When my cell rings, I am losing minites.  I guess I need to screen the calls.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone yesterday morning! I answered and got a recording about the expiration of the warranty on my car. called back and got a recording "call cannot be completed as dialed".

Please call the FCC AND FTC to report these people.  The FCC says the FTC must deal with it because they suspect it is an identity theft scam.  

These people have been calling for a few months. The call is computer generated to a cell phone number. The message gives two options: 1. For more information; 2. To not be called again. If you press 2, the computer calls back in a few days.  If you press 1, you are connected to someone calling himself, "Ryan", who proceeds to try to get information out of you.

I do not understand why the FTC or FCC cannot seize their operation.  The calls are illegal, persistent, and probably a theft scam.

I have received two calls from 866-469-3328 this month.  The first was at 1:34 in the morning.  The second - April 15 - at 11:34 AM.  No one there when I answer.  From what I read on the Internet - the number might belong to someone selling car warrantees.  I did not solicit these numbers and do not know how they got my cell number.
