This number has called twice today.  The name is something Rizzo and wanted to speak to my boss.  He said he was from CBS and they were doing something with businesses in our area and September 11th.  Whatever.  I googled the number and arrived here and I can see it is obviously fake.

Just got a T/C from these [***] clowns.  They are trying to reach the owner of the company by 'yelling', her first name into the receiver and asking if I was her.   He hung up after being placed on indefinite hold.

Asked to speak with the owner, acted as if they were buddies. I told her the owner was unavailable at the moment I can take a message instead, could I get your name please? She said no, I will call him later and immediately hung up.

    SCAM ALL THE WAY!!!!!
#1 - They do NOT sell what they are claiming to sell (SO, buyers, PLEASE BEWARE!) If they aren’t going to use REAL names when calling you – WHAT can you believe about the services this company???? NOTHING THEY “SELL” is honest.

#2 - Tim Monty - the "Owner", the "Boss", the guy that will yell obscenities at ANYONE, is NOT a good person. He doesn’t own up to his promises and he is a horrible liar… he LOVES having people do his “dirty work” and thinks everyone should bow down to his Maserati owning self. He likes to pay near minimum wage but like to park his amazing ride in front of the building to remind everyone, WHO HE IS. Tim Monty is a completely arrogant, liar.  BOLD FACE SCAMMER that must have to tell himself a lot of good lies to get himself to sleep at night…

#3 – I tried to have my number removed, after doing business with the “company” and they keep calling me; out of spite, I am sure. I should have read more reviews about the “company” before believing their scam. Now all I can do is warn others.

DO NOT BUY from NEW WORLD MARKETING. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE DOING.

Sooo... you did business with the company, want to have your number removed. That must mean you purchased radio air time.  Yet, you also know what Tim drives, how he acts, and how he treats his employees? Something doesn't add up.

There's another great American tradition of free enterprise, called "cutting out the middleman."  Best to go straight to the radio station and buy the time from them.

I find it interesting that you are upset about your termination yet you say the company is a scam. Sounds conflicting. The fact that you believe our public safety efforts are in any way a scam is most likely the reason you were terminated.

They want to sell me marketing on their "community awareness program"  CID says Toll Free Caller.

Why advertise?  PAYING customers can't get thru on phone lines all tied up with these stupid telemarketers........ Call asking for "the owner".

First off, IF you were a reputable company, your caller Id would say so.  THEN you would IDENTIFY yourself as Bob from Gotcha Marketing or whatever and THEN you would state your business.  You won't ever speak with an owner here.

You can file a complaint with the FTC, but they do not have the resources to enforce the Do Not Call Registry-Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  You can pursue it on your own in state court, but the cost and time will most likely make it not worth it.  The information about how to sue on your own is available online.

Doesn't that sound familiar?  We have legal rights that are unaffordable.  Might makes right. Might is money.  Justice has its price.

Anyway, don't look to the goverment for justice.

I owned a store decades ago, and I received calls like this.  I do not know if the calls were from the same company, but they were regarding public service announcements.  The stations that the announcements were to be aired on were small stations that had problems selling air time on their own.

This is not a scam.  The success of any advertising depends on how many times the spot is aired.  The only time that airing an ad only once pays off is during the Super Bowl.  So, depending on your market and the radio station, it is not necessarily a bad idea, or a good idea.

However, an ad airing once on a station that very few people listen to, or that has listeners unlikely to be interested in what you have to sell, is obviously going to be a waste of money.

This company is a huge scam,  I mean huge! Sure they make up these public announcements and buy unused air time from radio stations and are 100% marked up from what you can get just by talking to the radio station themselves. They lose stations all the time for misrepresenting themselves. They never tell you there real name,  ever.
The owner of the company should be put out of business, he's rude,  arrogant,  obnoxious and totally inappropriate. He knows the people that work there do drugs and steal and s doesn't care as long as he's making money. There collections department steals money from customers who are on a payment plan,  they'll run your card or account info before it's due and act like there's nothing they can do about it. DO NOT GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFO!  I feel said for the people that work there because there alll drug addicts who don't feel they can do better than there even though the owner treats them like [***]. I'm hoping this place is shut down soon.
