got automated call from 18665160115 said it was FBI  press 1 to talk and press 2 to reject call called around 12:36pm I think some scammer! I on do not call list!

Anyone who calls you impersonating the FBI is committing a FELONY! Why would you think such a person wouldn't break a minor law (no criminal penalties at all) like Do Not Call?

Inmates are entitled to make only one call per day, and that only to loved ones.  This is bending the rules.  Wow, scammers already locked up asking to stay locked up.

It's from the Prison or the Jail. They use the same number for example everything. Telemate makes a fortune off selling minuets to the inmates. Just like the prison syst3m makes money off them.

This number has called my phone several times a day from early morning hours to late in the night, its only a per recorded message saying hit 1 to answer but I'd like these calls to stop please

There's no way to stop the calls from being intitiated.  However you can invest in a call blocker and also not pick up on number you do  not recognize.  866 area codes is favored by a lot of scammers.  Block the entire area code.

No one on 800Notes can tell you that. No one here called you. This is one of the numbers that will show up on caller ID when someone who is in prison calls collect. Most likely it was simply a misdialed number. I've gotten these types of calls from those I actually knew and from misdials. If it really bothers you just block the number.

Maybe someone you would not expect to be in Jail was trying to call you.

There is a Washington county in Alabama above mobile Alabama. I just got the a call from the same number.

More of the same generic "to accept press 1" stuff. I blocked it on my phone so we'll see if it stops. Apprehensive to call the number and figure out why I'm being called
