I've recieved multiple calls a day from this number - when I answer there is no one there, when trying to call the number myself it rings a few times then dead air.

My son receives several calls a day from this number with the same issues.  Not sure what it is.

Calls to my cell phone received several times a day from this number but no one is there when answered.  I have called the number back and it rings several short rings and then nothing.  No called ID comes across - display just shows the number.

calls my cell phone, then nothing, disconnects.  I have tried calling it back a few times and all I get is dead air.

I just changed my cell phone # from a mass to a florida # and now I'm getting calls from this #.  I called it but there is only dead air.  I will keep investigating.

Same as everyone else - several calls per day - hangs up.  When I call there are two short clicks and then dead air.
This is on a cell phone that belongs to State Government!
How do we get this rthing shut down?

Probably about 3-4 times per day I receive a call from 866-526-3312. Same issue. I answer, no one there. I call back, no one there. Who the heck are these people???

Add this info to above post. This has been going on for about 3 months. How do we know it's a state government cell phone??

    Sorry to confuse re 866-526-3312 - I am RECEIVING the calls on a State Govt. cell phone - MY NUMBER is a State Govt. number.

QUESTION:  What does this website provide?  Is it just a site to chat or is there a service provided?

I'm getting them from this number and a couple others, pretty annoying, it would be nice ir someone knew who this was. If there was a person on the line, at least I'd be avle to bill them for my time, but with nobody to send a bill to, this seems like a waste of my cell phone batteries.

Every day (and several times a day) I receive calls from this number. There is nothing but dead air. I see from the previous posts that everyone is about as clueless as I am. Next question, does anyone know how to block a number?

I called my cell phone provided and they said we can't block phone #'s.  however they did suggest filing a complaint with the FCC.  You can find the forms online at www.fcc.com. When I answer the call, they always ask for Roxanne.

They've called me several times too without anyone on the other line.  My wife answered once when I wasn't home and asked that they put our number on the do not call list and they were very rude and said that they would do no such thing without talking to me.  Finally, tonight they called back...I answered...they say their company name is Web Wealth Strategies.  I asked them not to call me again...told them I didn't appreciate them being rude to my wife and the guy hung up on me.  His name was Jeff...at least that is what he said it was.  I hope there is a way to get them in trouble.
