I just called 800-509-9913 and actually spoke with someone who WASN'T rude.  He assured me that I would be removed from their dialer list.  When I asked him if he knew about all of the complaints, he said that they were maded against the "floor" people and he admitted that they got quite a few complaints about the dialer service.  If anyone filled out anything on a site about wanting more info on a home based business, that site probably sold your number to Web Wealth.  
FYI - AT&T also sells their list.  I recently got a land line and then started receiving several pieces of junk mail a day.  I knew it was them, because they had spelled my name wrong and the junk mail was arriving spelled the same way.

I hope everyone gets this taken care of soon.

I keep getting 2-3 calls per week from 866.526.3312. I stopped answering of course but when I did, they would immediately hang up. When I returned the phone call, it rang three times but nobody answered. Am I getting these phone calls because I purchased the iPhone? This never happened to me until I got the iPhone.

I was told they were a business for people who wanted to "work from home".  My stupid husband (who is easily conned) signed up for someone to call him.
The guy identified the company as "Web World Strategies".

Then you should probably not sign up for free stuff or bizness ops online with your "State Govt" Phone, you n00b. you should be fired for even giving out the number.
See this frustrates me, our govt is that stupid to give their cell phone numbers out when they sign up for things on the internet.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  I do not answer when it is an unknown number.  I assume they will leave a message if I need to talk to them.  I finally answered one day out of curosity.  It was a computer operated system and I had to select 1 they said they didn't call me I had to select a number to talk to them or something to that affect.  Asked why they kept calling me and they hung up.  On land line there was no number.  Then on 10 Sep they call my cell phone and the number below was recorded.  Note he extra number at the end.  It regarding getting cheaper interest rates on credit cards.  I believe it was some one fishing for my visa card or master card number.

I have tried this number several times only to be asked to leave a message which I can't seem to do. No one has picked up.

i actually got a call from 1-800-590-9913 today and they left a message. here it is an automated message from the democratic party supporting Obama asking to ignore the smear tactics and commercials. so i'm guessing that number is no longer associated with that other company.

same annoying jerk is calling our house too.

You know, you're not being very professional sir. You are provoking the wrath of these people on the forums who are tortured every day by these PHONE CALLS. There are people in this country that could only wish that they might have a silence ringer option. These horrible people are calling the elderly and disrupting their naps and diaper changes...and you find this situation funny!?!? You sir, should be called by someone, AND SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT WHEN YOU PHONE RINGS! Yeah, you wouldn't find it funny if YOUR PHONE RANG, would you? And these peoples' phones ring about 2 times a day because of these disgusting companies...HOW DARE THEY!!!

I don't bother to read any of the other responses because I am illiterate, so if there were any solutions to this pandemic, I would not be able to read it.
