They have called two days in a row, and would leave no message. The man said his name is Donny and he asked for my husband. I told him we have two in the household with this name, did he need my son or my husband, and he said my husband, but wouldn't leave a message. I tried to call back the number and received the same as others, two rings and then silence.I'd ike to know who this is, and am not looking forward to it becoming something persistant.

I get at least 2 calls a day form this number. Has anyone thought about filing class action suits against all the phone companies, AND the FCC for their inaction and incompetance? How about flooding the FBI with complaints.  If WE are just as annoying to the feds as this jerk is to us, maybe something will finally be done.

I've had several calls from this number as well.  This Monday, it actually spoke.  The man on the other end asked for my by name and said that I requested information about a home-based business.  I immediately denied any such thing and told him that this was a junk call and I would appreciate that he put me on his "no call list".  His response was exactly, "you know what, I think I'm gonna call you every night now".  What I said next will probably cause this posting to be removed.

this number calls me every day at the most unconvenient times, such as when i am in class or when i am in church. i have only answered once with nothing there. i do not know what it is.

SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY FROM 866-526-3312 - NO ONE ON LINE

I amb being harassed by this phone number 866-526-3312, when I answere the one, no one answeres. It's been ringing 3 times a day since November of last year. I did try to let At&T trace the call, she suggested to call this Donotcall.gove. The phone company also tried to trace this number, unfortunately they did not received any response or no ringer after a short ring.

I too have been receiving multiple calls daily or every few days.  Can there be nothing done to stop them?  Seems that our technologically advanced society has not recourse.

A fellow named Bill Robertson called from this number.  He was selling a Web-Weld strategy plan.  I led him on as if I was interested because he has been calling me several times a week.  Once I got his name and a return number I told him to QUIT calling.  We shall see if this stops.  The return number he gave me was for a recorded message 1-800-509-9913. Perhaps we should call that number and plug up his line.

The 800-509-9913 was a call back number for Bill Robertson.  He wanted me to listen to a 7-minute recorded message.

ditto - this is really freakin me out, especially since i google the number, and this website is on the top of the list!  WTF??

Keep getting calls from 866-562-3312 no response when I pick.  I am gettin g severals calls different times of the day.  Pretty annoying.

I have registered my cell # w/ Do Not Call Registry.
I call the # back and it rings once and then no answer.

I get the same thing and it is becoming very irritating.  AT&T was no help and neither are those stupid reverse number searches.  I can't even block it.  I would like to find the person responsible.

have the same complaint as everyone else, it seems. Get this call numerous times a day, no one on the other line and unable to get anyone when you call bak. Have spoke to my phone company about blcking the number but they don't offer that service in my area. My husband thinks it's a conspiracy...could be.

With all the technology we have on earth and we can't find these people.
what if these were terrorist, could we find them then? There has to be a file or report of creation of this number.
