no message, caller id WALMARTCARD

It's not WalMart.. It's a scammer that spoofs the caller ID. They use Chase Bank numbers a lot too..

missed the call, called it back (from different number), said they were Capitol One calling out my Walmart Credit Card ... I don't have one of these Credit Cards, and I am assuming it's a scam.

Called my cell phone this afternoon. No message left. Blocked the number.

No message left not that I want them to suspicion of fraud huh over the phone credit card. service not that dumb

Called and said with Wal-Mart Credit Services and my bill is past due. I do not have a Walmart credit card. When I told them that they kept asking for my information. I hung up and they called me back. Let it go to VM. No message.

Another Turd from India wanting to lower my credit card interest rate!!    Waist their time for 10 minutes, saying your trying to find your card, giving them fake numbers, asking them where they are calling from!!   They can sure start to cuss after awhile!!  funny!  Dont fall for this Scam!

Recorded intro about they tried several times to reach me, this is the last time they'll try, my eligibility will soon expire, can lower interest rates now! Just press 2 to connect to a representative! When I did not press a number, the robocaller just hung up quickly. They didn't waste any time on little-ole-me.

No message. If we all do not answer calls from unknown numbers, we will drive the scammers out of business. If someone is legitimate, they will leave a message, then we decide if it is even worth calling back.

Scam call. NOBODY can offer you 0% on credit cards. That's how the bank makes money is charging interest, And no bank is going to call you with offers. They will email you with offers. I called them back with a voice changer and strung them along for about 20 minutes asking questions the woman couldn't answer. Gave a fake name and address and she "found my account". Then she asked for my card number and I asked "If you are the credit card department, and you called me because of my great payment history, how do you not already know my card number?" Crickets. Then the usual "We need to vedify de account". That is when I let her off he hook and told her I knew she was a scammer and she should be ashamed of what she does as I hung up..

Also got this call. I don’t have a Wal-Mart credit card either. They are either calling to try to get me to get one of their cards, and hopefully, on their part, to have me not be able to pay the monthly bill for their card and thereby make money off of the interest owed to them, which is simply how all credit cards work; OR call may be a complete scam trying to get personal information and not have anything to do with Wal-Mart at all. Please people of Earth, my favorite sorts of people, the sorts with Native intelligence, please don’t give your hard earned money or ANY personal information to anyone that calls you. Do your business only in person, where you can see who is actually selling you the credit card (it is selling and you are buying if you ever miss a monthly payoff of a credit card bill). Anyone and I do mean ANYONE either locally or in a foreign country could be scamming you and misrepresenting who they are. I am blocking this call and would like to say that if this is Wal-Mart, doing business remotely to try to compete with the remote entities that are putting you out of business is not the way to go. Your remote competitors have that niche sewn up. Instead, whatever happened to all of the “Made in the USA” goods you used to be so proud of????  Why not GO ALL OUT. Don’t sell ANYTHING from or any goods with any parts sourced from foreign countries. I personally would love to see someone establish a business like that, including creating their own manufacturing entities with real QUALITY control. With every single part of that business MADE IN THE USA by Americans. I would be happy to spend my money on worthwhile goods from a company like that. (Have you tried to buy a mostly COTTON sweatshirt/hoody lately?  Can’t find one, especially in women’s sizing and with a color choice. I would be willing to pay more for something like that, especially knowing it was made by workers in America.

Called me yesterday. Left this fragment of a message:
" ... to reach you.This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate
Press 1 to speak to the Member Services Department Or
press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire."

I'm in such suspension about the beginning of the message. No problem. I got the exact same text last Oct. 4 under the phone # (305)100-1000. So I do the same thing I did then. Ignore a ty[ical scam call.

The Walmart cards changed from the original management company to Capital One. Several banks change their cards too.

This has been going on for 6 years from this number? Everyone is reporting to the FCC right?

You do understand that this number is an invalid number?  The second three digits of a phone number (the "exchange") can't be 611 in North America by the North American Numbering Plan (NANP), so I'm not sure what reporting these calls to the FCC would do, as they can't call it back or trace the call.
