Someone/something called. I did not answer. No message left.

The id reads Walmart Card.  I never had nor do nor ever will have a Walmart card.  These calls use different numbers on lowering credit card rates.  This has got to be a fraud.

Yeah Caller ID says Walmart Card. I don't have one. I have resorted to just turn off my phone during the day because of calls like this.

Caller ID said "WALMARTCARD".  I don't HAVE a Walmart card (I do have a Sam's Club card, and Synchrony Bank, the issuer, is peopled with complete [***].  If Costco would sell us what we need for our business, we'd drop Sam's like a hot potato, because when it switched from being Discover to being MC Synchrony cut our credit limit in HALF and didn't tell us -- so we ended up being out of state trying to float the business for a week on other credit cards (none of which had been apprised about the business trip).  I now use the card ONLY to get in the door at Sam's and then pay for stuff on a different card.  I want Synchrony to get as little of our money as humanly possible....

Possibly CallMePaul called to check to see if it was legit -- because I've gotten calls from places that spoofed *both* the name and number so it looks valid, like Verizon and AT&T.  And he did say that he will (hopefully) have the caller ID come up next time.  But given that there are 8 pages of reports, dating back something like four years, it was stupid of him to do so, in case it really was a scam....

Caller unknown. Left recorded VM; did not identify person/company calling. "Press '1' to speak to service representative; press '2' and membership benefits will expire."

Called this morning.  Out of curiosity, I answered even though I didn't recognize the number.  It was the same old thing - wanting to lower my credit card rates.  How is this number still operating after 4 years of complaints?

WANTS VISA and MASTERCARD numbers $4,000.00 USD OVER THE PHONE.  Not very smart because this is not allowed via company.  He has said he likes to kill people.  He thinks asking who he is, saying, asking what company he is with is yelling at him.  He is very weird, very stressed, may be hallucinating, on drugs and violent.   PLEASE REPORT ANYONE CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER TO POLICE.  DO NOT INTERACT, NO CHAT WITH THIS MAN.

Got a call on my cell from this number.   I called the number back from our breakroom phone.   The recording said WalMart/MasterCard, and asked me to enter my Card number.   I punched in random numbers, it said it couldn't find me.    So it asked me for my SS#.    What a joke

Caller ID Walmart Card. I had just received a package from Walmart, so thought this might be legitimate. I quickly realized it was the notorious credit card scam. I pressed 1 and said to the scammer, "If this conversation is to continue, I need your direct number, your company's physical address, your boss's name and his or her direct number. Your failure to provide this information is your admission that this call is a scam and it will be so reported."

Unknown number, so never answer or call back. Googled number and saw many complaints of fake-Walmart credit card phishing scam. Added to call block list.

Called at 9:35pm. I didnt answer bc i was away from my phone. Caller didn't leave a message.

Call me a few times to lower my interest rate, came here to check the numbers too many complaints. I block the number for good.

Received a call earlier, they hung up when I answered. When I called the number they did answer Wal-Mart credit services, however, since my card issued by a bank, I did not give them any information.   I telephoned the customer service number on my credit card statement to verify this is a legitimate number.  Customer service person said this is not a valid Wal-Mart number.

I do agree. I talked to a person in the department of defense and they are aware of these events. But phone companies don’t want to pay for the costs of purchasing equipment

This is a scam, trying to get your information for fraud. Do not give them any information
