I quickly realized it was the notorious credit card scam. "I pressed 1 and said to the scammer, If this conversation is to continue I need your call back number, your company's physical address, your boss's name ... etc." however this might of happened. I instead thought it would be better just to hang up the moment I notice what it is - usually 4 to 5 seconds -  if not more.

i got the  same call/ and took his valuable 23 mins since i was the passenger of the transportation.

I keep getting calls from this number.At least 10 a day.I dont have a Walmart credit card.Complete b.s just trying to steal info and money...

Received a call from this number, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a VM. I came here immediately. 9 pgs and 4 and a half yrs of complaints by you guys are enough for me to block them. Thx! You should do the same, slime-ball, bottom-feeders.

Called but left no message & no caller ID. My # is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I just received a call from this number. When I answered no one answered. I do not have a walmart credit card and I have not applied for one. The scammers are using spoofing to scam people. They need to outlaw spoofing companies that provide services.

Called my BUSINESS cell phone (Not Associated To any credit card).  I am also on the DNC list with this number. I do not give it out.  I hit one to talk to an agent and then just kept pressing buttons until they hung up.  SCAMMERS!  Hate it... lower my credit rate, I pay it off every month!! Errr!!!

They called me and didn't leave a message. Possibly a scam.

Called and left no message. After reading all these posts, I'm blocking them.

So stop them. Invest in a call blocker and don't answer calls from unknown phone numbers when at all possible.

Scam caller pretends to be Walmart credits cards asking for personal information and bank details.

Received this call I'd caller said Walmart card.  I did not answer but we did redial  and it said they were calling about our credit card in which we don't have OK.  It goes on to say we can pay our bill over the phone giving them personal information.  Do these IDIOTS think everyone is stupid as they are??????   They should go get a real job before they end up in prison.

Recording message about it is the final offer to lower credit card interest rate. SCAM

Caller ID  said Walmart, person was verbally abusive when I told him I didn't have a Walmart Credit Card and said I didn't derserve their lower interest rate because I wasn't a senior citizen. Duh, I only answered phone because my prescriptions service often comes up Walmart.
