Investigator mashall Brown has been calling my relatives and people related to my inlaws saying he went to my place of employment with legal documents, the calls came in from an unknown number but left messages to call 1-866-676-2814. It makes me angry to know they are calling all these numbers. I did call them back and it was in regards to a payday loan that I have no clue about.

just got a call from these idiots, want to serve me? fine bring it on and bring the cops with you..lol.. not going to call them back, will wait and see if I mistakenly answer their call the next time.

I rec'd a call from this number. Stating they have a summons to serve me on a check from 2008.  It's a scam.  In the state of WI the time length to file a claim is 6 years.  Sorry!!!  It helps that I work for an attorney!

Rec'd a call from 1-866-676-2418 trying to collect on a check from 2008. The lady couldn't give me any information regarding the check.  I never did any business with a check cashing place. They are going to serve me a summons...bring it on.  IT'S A BIG SCAM!!!!

I also received a call from them which my phone blocked but he left a message that they received a fax from CR collections that I owe money to.  Said he was sending legal paperwork to me and to my employer ( which I don't work, haven't for 9 years so that will be difficult) from them about a debt I owe this CR creditor.  Never heard of them much the less do I owe them money.  They then said ro call CR collections for info.

yes calls from this number are from professional scammers I just received another call from this company -  Elizabeth - process server- she left me a voice mail message that I have 2 debts she gave me an account ID that I had already paid for in 2014 - they keep calling me saying a formal complaint has been filed in LA County. They are professional bullies that live in the hood. They are rude and stupid. Don't respond to these people. I think a formal complaint should be filed against them!!

Same scam as described above. Message left by a female claiming to work as liaison officer for CR Legal Services, claiming to have some fax notification on a supposedly case, needing my signature on "documents". She left the 866# to call back. Certainly criminals

A lady name Elizabeth green called said she was a process serve for the state didn't say which one. And that 2 complaints had been filed against me and gave me a number. 866 676 2418. With and account number. Was informed I would be seved at home or place of employment.  I called sherrifs office where I live and they have not did they find anything .. Don't go e in. It has SCAM.  Written all over it..

An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.

They are not a debt collector. If they were they would follow all the fair debt collection act rules. They do not. This is totally fraud. They called me from an unknown number since I have auto-rejected all their other 866 numbers.

Got two phone calls from this outfit saying that they have papers to serve on me and that if I call, the charges maybe dropped .  twice in one day

I received a call today from this number 866-676-2418 staying that I had two cases filed in the county with them and they were gonna show at my house and place of employment with a summons.. This is a scam! No one calls and tell you that you have a summons, they just serves you period. They don't need ID either. I am reporting them to the FBI

I got a unknown call from a lady stating that "she will be serving court papers to me on pending chargers. She said she was from the "State", no specific details. She stated to call 866-676-2418 for details about the case. After reading people's experiences on here I will not be calling. I have no issues in my life to have anything coming back to me a potential chargers. The facts of this call does not add up and would have to say it is a scam.

Do not give them any information!!!! they called and said i owed  600.00 to a pay day loan company that does not have an office in my state.

I too received a call from this phone # from someone by the name of Danielle Sharpington a licensed server for the state of WA. That a complaint had been filed against me that they would be serving documentation to my home and place of employment requiring signature and Id.

They are telling me I have a debt and that I have 2 counts against me from the state of california, not sure what to make of this but..

Caller was Kelly Applegate, claimed to complaints against me for a loan I took out in 2007 complaints were by 2 unknown people & a payment was made by an unknown bank, also said I need to provide an ID to sign for paperwork at my current address and Plymouth?. Called back told she had the wrong Kirk Williams no personal loans per taken out in 2007. Said I needed to respond to the complaints etc etc.
