Exactly. I don't feel comfortable giving out my social security number I did call the 1 866 698 4347 but when it asked for my social I hung up the phone. I would never give my social security number out over the telephone or internet I am not doing it I have that itch that something is not right so I am not doing it. Some guy answered the phone. This is totally new and has never happened before. I have done a couple of interviews by phone and in person no one has asked for my social.BECAREFUL

I received an e-mail and voice message to call the Retail Staffing Center. I called 866-698-4347 and pressed option 1, then pressed option 1 again as instructed in the e-mail. The recording kept repeating itself so I wasn't able to answer the questions required for the interviewing process. What do I do now?

They sent me an email telling me I would receive a call, but if I wanted I could call the number 866 698 4347. I called the number and have been calling it for the last hour. Each time I allow the phone to continue calling for at least 5 min. No one answers the phone.

My issue is that I keep having to do the assessment test for the same store Cascade 70209BR Cashier. I have done the test four times in the last 48 hours and the message continues to read Application Received but not finished do to the assessment test. But the screen also reads continue here once all of the 72 questions are complete. My account is less than a month old. What can I do. My mom work for Home Depot and it is always a problem to reach someone over the phone and through email in the Human Resource Department. It's very frustrating for those of us that want and need a good job with Home Depot.

 I have submitted two online applications to Home Depot in Tucson, Arizona. I have called and visited the store hiring manager without an answer. I am trying to find out the status of my application. I would be an asset to your store, and would like to work for you, as I can bring friendly and helpful  employment to your store. I've tried to apply at the Home Depot in my area I've used two different emails to apply and got the same results an email saying that my application is not complete from the Home Depot retail staffing service but yet every time I called in the retail staffing service phone number check my application it says I got no active application on file and I've tried calling the Human Resources lady numerous times and she has yet to give me s call me back about to give up

Im getting something like this but when I call it just rings for aproximately 23 to 25 seconds then it gives the busy tone. Have you had this problem or anyone else had this problem.

It is telling the store i applied to that i failed the assessment test.  This is the second time within the past 3 months.  The manager at the store I am applying to told me to call the staffing center and i did but they ask for a 6 digit code which is looked up not knowing what it is (last 4 ssn and last 2 of BD) yet they couldnt find my application.  The problem is that i cant talk to anyone real to actually help me, just an automatic call.
