- L.M.A.O.| 1 replyNow we now for sure that mike smith is making up ficticious people, an attorny would know how to spell his or her(s) job title. wouldn't they? mike is a complete idiot. How stupid!

- Lady Wolf replies to L.M.A.O.Well, I guess, they will just keep trying so they can get somone to pay them something, anything? I wish there was a way we could all get together and file a class action law suit. I think that they get you hooked into playing (online gambling) they know it's illegal, then they try and scare you into payng them more, over charging your credit cards and try and scare you into paying those charges, because we all know it's illegal. But it works both ways, it's not just illegal for U.S. resident's, it's illegal for them to allow, offer, accept etc. monies from U.S. players. So the fact that they have overcharged everyone here and then try to collect on that with threats etc. Is like your drug dealer threating to call the police and tell them you wont pay them anymore money for the drugs you bought. Since mike smith reads these posts, anything we put here he sees? So mike, you keep threatening and we will keep posting and those of us who have gone to attorney's and the police etc. will be building up our case to eventually use against you. If anyone has any ideas of how we can all get together "confidentially" please post.
- JOC LE PIERRE| 5 repliesF.Y.I. The newest and latest lead counseler for payline serv. is (pete kaplan). That makes five lead counselers now, yes five. Dont they have any regular counselers? No wonder there trying to inflate all these fee's.I just wish they would fire a few of these lead counselers and get regular attorny's so they wouldnt be trying to tell we owe 15'000.00$ or get mike smith some psychiatric help to loose about ten of his multiple personalities. Come on mike, now you know that payline doesn't have that many lead attorny's or any for that fact.Reason being is that you have no law to back up your bogus-front company
- LadyWolf replies to JOC LE PIERRE| 4 repliesAnother letter recieved today, that I will be turned into the credit reporting agencies.... Anyone else getting these letters?
- Again... replies to LadyWolf| 1 replyYes, I got the same letter. Not sure what this one is supposed to accomplish.
- mj replies to LadyWolf| 1 replyI have been filling my brother (retired FBI) in on all posting activity and e-mails. I too think there is strength in numbers. He has a friend who is still in the Bureau and has told him about PaylineService. Nothing to report as yet. Unfortunately, the FBI has bigger fish to fry at the moment, but his friend will check into this as time allows. He needs case numbers of any fraud complaints filed with the local police, FBI, HLS, etc. You do not have to list your names here, just State, City, & case file number. If anyone wants to supply that information via these postings, he can check here. He said these guys are real pond scum bottom feeders, and there are a lot more like them out there. He says he checks this site often and finds "Michael" to be a complete idiot! He said he finds it hard to believe that anyone would give credence to anything they have to say (lead councel??). We had a good chuckle over that one!!
- RIPOFF REPORT replies to mjHey, have you checked out "RIPOFF REPORT" website? There is a report on "Go Casino" as late as 9/29/2010. Go to the site & at the top of page type in "Go Casino, or Golden Casino, or "onlinevegas"....all reports say they have had double deposits taken from their credit cards or bank accounts, false billings, will not pay out on winnings, etc. We are not the only ones victimized by these crooks.

Good Morning,
Last week you were advised that our office had received a mandate to collected a debt owed by you to Payline Service.
We had also advised that in conjunction with attempting to collect this debt we would run an inquiry on your credit history. Having received no promise of payment we find ourselves seemingly unable to resolve this debt without escalating collection practices.
Unless a promise and subsequent payment is made to pay the debt you owe to our client Payline Service, we in turn have decided that tomorrow will be the date in which our inquiry takes place. Payline Service also reserves the right to report this bad debt to your credit report until such time that this debt is paid. Again, this can cause unwelcome negative effect to both your credit score and borrowing ability. We have tried to avoid this process as best possible, but your inaction is forcing the issue.
This debt stems for deposits you made through Payline Service to fund your casino account. In order to validate a debt, Payline service was required to prove that each unpaid deposit came from both your casino account and IP address. This has been done.
We are uncertain why this remains unpaid, but as expressed in prior emails and calls, this matter is a legally owed debt and as such falls under the guidelines of debt that can be reported. In certain cases customers of the casinos did not recognize the descriptor that appeared on their bills, thus causing the charge back in the first place. We would suggest that you review your deposit history with the casino as well as your statements to correlate the debt we are claiming is owed. You will see clearly that the amounts we are quoting were in fact spent by you.
Certain individuals feel that because Payline Service has no legal recourse that they do not need to pay this debt. While the ability to sue is unclear, Payline does have every right to assign this account to collections and reflect this bad debt on your credit report. You may not face civil litigation, but to have your credit affected in any way due to this debt seems like a waste especially if your attempt to avoid payment is the cause of it.
You should already be aware that Payline Service has or will soon contact your bank to receive a copy of the declaration you made disputing these charges in the first place. As your dispute directly affects Payline Service, these documents are not privileged and will be received by our client. They seek this declaration you made to better understand the nature of the dispute, why you initiated the charge backs, so that proof can be directly shown to the contrary. It is widespread practice for individuals to claim fraud where there was none. This is prevalent throughout the industry. This measure is being taken to help disprove your claim.
Our client is simply asking for the funds that were given to you to be paid. Nothing more.
This is however your final notice from our office. Should no response be received we will proceed as stated without prejudice.
Kind regards,
John King

Woodsbury E-Comm Services Inc. - Chip| 2 repliesI love that this bozo uses the word "mandate" over and over in his emails and said in my voicemail he was "formally mandated". I sure get a good chuckle out of him.
- John made mandate advances at me too! replies to Chip| 1 replyWhen (John,Micheal) use's the word mandate as much as he does one has to wonder if he really is a (FEM). I'm starting to think that these threads are his way of nonchelant soliciting to other (FEMS) out there. Next E-mail that go's out will be something like this, Hello Sir, you owe us 11,300$, we have forensic evidence. Ignoring my advances to go on a mandate with me will be taken as you are not going to return our money. This is not acceptible. This is our last offeur,I suggest you consider in good judgement. Offer is as follows,go on nine mandates with me and one (formal) mandate, totalling of ten mandates and in return we will wave 50% of all fee's. One doesnt need be a mathematician to realize how generous an offer this. You have until 5:00pm E.S.T. to accept, should you not. I will be personally be dictating the lead litgator in his orafice tomarrow on a mandate against you Sir.
