I also received the same message about three weeks ago....I turned it over to the authorities.  I am disputing ALL charges that I know I did not make.  Some have been taken care of and others are in the process of being investigated.  If you believe that charges were inflated, or do not recollect making them, it is perfectly legal to question them with your bank or credit card company.  It is then up to the merchant that "Michael Smith" works for to respond and show proof that you indeed made these charges.  I find it rather interesting that Mr. Smith is still monitoring these posts.  I have been reading them for weeks and thought he had gone away.  I have read posts that indicate investigations of PaylineServices are in the process.  I wonder how many back alleys have to be negotiated to find these people?  Thanks for all the informative posts (even from Payline, they reveal much more than just their menacing threats) .

As we are entering the month of October and still your debt is unpaid, we
are writing to advise you of the following.

their website, they welcome companies, whether Domestic or Abroad to report
suspected individuals of withholding tax information.  If you have cashed
out from the casino prior to the issues you have had with us and have not
declared it as income as you are bound to do, we reserve the right to fill
out the IRS' own form on their website and submit to the.  Once received
they and they alone will determine if further action is needed.

In regards to the credit report we would suggest you make restitution
immediately to avoid this from taking place.  If you are prepared to show
proof that prior winnings have been declared on past tax returns we will
ensure your name is omitted from any pending list.  Failure to comply or
continuing an argument will simply result in our collections division
proceeding.

Please indicate should you wish to resolve your debt..and again, we are
more than happy to send you a list of dates, card used, and casino played
should you wish to review the records.

I got the letter.  I must say Michael is more professional sounding, with words spelled correctly, using good grammar, and no threats.  I wonder who is writing this letter for him?

Good luck with looking on people's credit bureaus for "assets you can put a lien on".  If you knew the definition of an "asset" you would know that items on credit reports are liabilities and not assets (until they are paid off).  Personal items that are assets would by definition be owned by the consumer (no liens) and therefore would not be on a credit report...credit reports are for items that money is owed on.  A tangible item like an auto or home already will have a lien, so are you going to put a second lien on the items??  Yes, Michael Smith, please call my bank and tell them you are a wannabe debt collector from another country trying to recoupe some losses for some made up company and see if they will subordinate their position on my home to second lienholder so you can be first lienholder...I'm sure they will do it!!!!  You can reach Chase bank at 800-935-9935.  They are waiting for your call.

I have been reading all of these messages, I have gotten all of these letters listed on the post including the new one about the Credit Report.  My bank has informed me that these are phising emails and to let them know you have a docket #, case filed in court and this is what you will receive, see below and just simply block them from giving you a hard time.  Did I get a letter from his attorney NO ABSOLUTELY NOT!  I did have fradulent activity on my account, filled out police report, have all the forms that they have asked for, but no address to send them to, an investigation was done, now they are bothering me with a credit report - 2009 letter.  My attorney advised me to block them and I have!

I am sorry that my staff's mistake caused you such anger and stress.  We do
not pursue matters where an individual such as you claims fraud.  You need
to understand that we as a company have millions upon millions stolen from
us year round.  We try very hard to catch the people who do that.

I will again state for the record that you are no longer in any way shape
or form being sough, accused, or inferred to be owing us any funds for the
money that was taken.  I only hope that you personally find out who did
this (used your name) and if so please advise us so we too can go after
them.

Please advise your lawyer that I will personally make sure that our lawyer
sends you a formal letter confirming the closure of this matter so that you
too can have true documentation for closure.

its getting old-
the e-mails-phone call-they are all generic.
Never once did i receive anything like a formal accounting from payline.
everyone i talk to at my bank and credit card compamy state that payline's time
to refute charges were during the 90 day window.
why? because of things just like this.
customers being hounded years later for the same issues.
that is why the 90 limit was imposed my credit laws in the united states.

its been 3 to 4 years now. how on earth would they think that anyone at the bank would go back
that time frame and re open claims.

its over-its done-payline passed their time of 90 days.

Payline also acts like they have been dealing with me for years now? I have ony been hearing about them the last few months now.

why did they wait 3 or 4 years later?

its just getting boring-yet to date? i never have received any letters or statements in the mail.

I have filed a report with the police, since my bank has confirmed that these charges were fraud.

i recieved an e-mail with two different attornys that said they were lead council for paylinservice. lets face it, this cocksmooch mike smith is a one man show. the names he comes up with must be the guy he is fantasising about at the time or payline has six  lead attornys. he can send out anything he wants to the i.r.s about me not reporting my winnings, because ive never won, or cashed out my winnings. crazy slots is rigged and i dont think anyone ever wins. he sent that e-mail out to everyone, dont worry about it.he on the other hand owes me over 1200.00$ and has yet to pay or respond, as of today i put my special collection team on this case. they are a private firm out of buffalo, ny. rocco&salvatore collections LLC.   it is costing me alot more than 1200.00$ and im not seeking a monitary settlement. just satisfaction. here is <paylineservice.com> address in case anybody else wants to talk to mike in person.but beware the police dept. is on the 2nd floor. I dont Know about Anyone Else-But as far as the IRS thing goes, i never made any Money on golden casino-i did cash out a few times, but i never got back all the money i put in.

so if reported to the irs, it will show that i never got back any money ahead of the losses.

(And FYI Michael Smith-United States Tax Laws allow a person to claim gambling losses on their taxes, so actually i never won, my account was never in the blue with cashouts, just the red?

Hey Chip, I recieved an e-mail also about Mr. Franks as lead councel, Then a couple of days later another one came stating that Wilhem Shwartz was going to litigate, who was also lead councel. How many lead councelers do they have down there?maybe they have a whole team of lead councelers, should we be worried?
