If you already know this is GCS Services, why would you come to a phone number look-up site? Do you often look up known phone numbers? And why wouldn't you read all the instructions when you filed using Turbo Tax so you would KNOW how to pay? I'm thinking you're a shill and a poor one at that.

Except scammers frequently spoof legitimate phone numbers so jsut because this was GCS for you doesn't mean it is for others. And I take it you ignored all the mail you received about this debt? Not smart.

Repeated phone calls

Called and want my son to call back at another number.  No explanation from this rude woman

call repeatedly, and leave unintelligible messages.

This is absolutely not a legit number of a legit company.  They have been calling me almost every day and leave no message.  I have no unpaid bills.  Someone I know answered a call from this 866 number and it was a scammer who said there was an unpaid account for geico insurance.  This was completely wrong and an attempt to commit fraud.  Check these calls out and report them to the fcc.  We have to stop these criminals.
