I receive at least 5 calls per day from this number.  I never hear anyone on the other line, so I never get the chance to tell them to stop calling me.  I am on the do not call list and wish to be taken off their list as well.

this is ge money bank/amazon.com.   be sure to immediately ask customer service "May I speak to someone in the United States?"  Otherwise the heavy accent of 5the agent will drive you CRAZY!!!

They are identity thefts taking your personal information.

I have a do not call number, yet I get 4 calls from this number every day.  Worse, they are robocalls, which are illegal in my state.  There is a $500 fine per call.  The offender is GE Capital.  3 months ago, I made a routine purchase on Amazon.  When checking out, I was offered a $25 credit for putting the purchase on an "Amazon" card.  So i did.  They asked several questions, one of which was my email.  I gave it to them.  6 weeks later I got a bill  with a web site.  During the 6 weeks, I switched cable providers, and my comcast email was no longer working.  When I tried to log on with "the email I signed up with" I was told it was not a valid email.  I looked for some other way to pay the bill.  There was none.  A month later I got another bill with a customer "service" number.  I tried calling it, but it was a robo-operator.  The phone calls from 866-771-1104 began 4 times a day.  I finally got a notice that i was seriously behind, and a number at GE financial services.  I actually got a human, eventually.  I had to get pushy to get her to listen to my problem and she wanted to treat me like a deadbeat.  Once she actually listened, she told me she would reverse the late fees and interest if I would pay for the purchases.  I gave her my bank transfer number, and funds were transferred from my account.  The calls from 866-771-1104 continued.  I got another bill, and the charges for the fees and interest had not been removed.  Every month, they add $30 late fee and 21% interest.

They cannot take me to court because they have been breaking the law.  At $500 per call, the fines add up to at least $120,000!  

I think we all should flood their call center by calling them several times a day.  Anyone in with me?

I'm so tired of them calling... I lost my job and have been making payments but before the billing cycle ends they call me 4-5 times a day to make my next payment.  It's ridiculous that they harass you when you're actually making payments!

I just received a call from this number at the and spoke with someone, she said the name of the company is Pioneer- She asked for the "One in Charge". Her aggressive tone impressed it is a collection agency. I Googled Pioneer and came up with a collection agency.

This number calls more than 2 times a day and never leaves a message! This is very annoying!

I just got called 4 times from them, they said they were Premier Finacial Co. in NY, they wanted me to verify who I was and wanted me to give them my last 4 digits of my SS number.

Sadie, I kept getting calls from them as well.  I am paid up on all my credit accounts but they still call.  You are an ass to presume that we are all guilty of not taking care of our credit.  Which leads me to believe that you are working for a collection agency you bottom feeder

3 calls a day...I have not signed up for a credit card! I owe nothing to amazon! GE money bank keeps calling me.I got in touch with amazon they say I owe nothing. What the freak is the deal!?

I received several calls from this number on my cell phone, and I am on the NO CALL LIST for my cell phone number!!! I rarely use my cellphone and only 3 people have my number, so it is very suspicious why they are calling me during evening hours.     I have excellent credit and don't owe anyone, so can't imagine why anyone would call me.

They are, but I'm surprised Amazon would put up with someone so hateful.  They called here didn't even give me a chance to let them know I wasn't who they were looking for.  Anyway I finally got the guy to shutup long enough to tell him, & let him know what he did was against the law, because he just gave too much info to the person that was not on the account.  He hung up on me after I said that.

This is a debt collection attempt. I have been very ill for the past two months and in the hospital this month. My credit card is behind and they are calling me up to 10 times a day. If you receive these calls, the best thing to do is talk to them one time. Tell them your situation, when you plan to make your payment, and ask them not to call again. If they continue to call, you can take action against them for harassment. Personally, I use Lemberg and Associates but there is also Lexington Law Firm and probably many more firms who will help in a situation such as this.
