I get this phone number 866-771-1104 every day they call at 830 am then later 3 or 4 more times. I also get calls that shows on my phone Not Provided I am sick of these phone calls ,My husband is in bed and works the night shift I don't need these stupidity phone calls to wake him up. I also get Private Caller saying that they are David Hoffman calling for my son telling on the answering machine sons address and they don't leave a number then they turn around and call my daughter cell phone a couple minutes later she did talk to the guy wanting social security number she told he does not live there he hangs up. I also have got John  something these are all scam. I' m tired of it. Did you know you can by an air horn at auto zone. I won't say no more. I feel my calls will end everyday of these nusences then. I don't order off of amazon I don't owe any money to these kind of people,they are all scammers I let the answering machine answer they hang up without before leaving message except David Hoffman and this John which his voice at times is the same and uses a different last name and no number to call back on. Way back in the days kids use to play with phone and prank now a days its adults trying to get money off of you threating you, which the one call I get is arbitration. They try to scare you ignore phone calls let answering machine click on or go to autozone.

I have received 17 calls from this number in the past week, and would like for it to stop.  If it s a collection agency, I have excellent credit and am not behind anything.  I understand it might be NCO, but do not want to be bothered by theses calls.  I do not answer the phone, as I know who it is. Please put a stop to it if possible.  Thank You

I have no charge accounts and have never charged with amazon. Not sure why they woumd be calling.

I received a call from 866-771-1104.  It started with a voice mail, placed me on hold, and eventually a foreign individual came on line asking for an individual.  The caller would not divulge the purpose or any information regarding the phone call.

Ignored. No message.

The number belongs to Synchrony Bank for the Amazon Store Credit Cards.

This number has been calling me 3-5 per day ranging from 7am to 9pm. They called me 4 times today on Sunday. Sure enough, after reading the comments on another website, I checked and my Amazon Store Credit payment was overdue (they must really need that $25!). Really disappointed that Amazon or GE Money Bank would resort to such measures. What also does not make sense to me is that GE Money Bank no longer works with Amazon. It has been switched to Synchrony Bank. I did not receive a $20 late fee or any other fee that I noticed like another commenter mentioned however.

I to forgot to make a payment so i mailed it in right away and before my next statement even posted they were calling asking me if i was going to remember to pay my bill. How Rude!

Its for Amazon Credit Services about payment. I got an automated voicemail saying they were GE Money for amazon regarding payment, the automated system gave there number, website, and mailing address

Said they were from Amazon and that I owed money. It's a sham!

I'm getting these calls and my amazon bill is current. In fact I always pay more than the minimum amount. I don't know why they are calling me.

Amazon needs to fix this.  We pay our bill.  They are constantly calling and never answer.  This give Amazon a bad reputation and makes me not to want to business with them.  

I file a complaint every time with the Fed's.  Maybe enough and they will do something.  I also file against Amazon.

They keep calling me too. My card is missing and I called Amazon about it. They said they would cancel that one, issue me a new one an  put my balance on the new card and get me a new bill based on my new card. But they won't stop calling.

received a call from this number asking for a Miss Blank.  I stated there are several Miss Blanks which one did she want?  She wanted Mr. Blank or Miss Blank and wouldn't give me any more information than her first name "Jessica" she ended up hanging up on me.

This is a valid phone number from Amazon.

This number belongs to Amazon.com.  So if you have an account, make a payment then they will stop calling you.

I just received a call from this number. The time here in Jacksonville Florida was 0822. When I answered the phone there was no one there. It took about 30 seconds of clicking and then someone who could barely speak English came on and ask if I was "My Name" and were was I located. I said yes, in Florida and you are breaking the law by calling me before 0900. The caller hung up.
I checked my phone and have had 4 calls from that number. Then check on like and discovered they are GE bank representing Amazon.com. To the best of my knowledge I am current on my two accounts with Amazon.com. Both of them I have been paying between $60 to $75 a month more than I am required to do. The smaller and older one I am planning on paying off either this month or next.

You are assuming they are honest. My bill is 0 and I keep getting calls.

I signed up for the Amazon Store Card.  Never got a statement via mail or email.  Forgot about the account, needed to make a payment that I was not aware of because I never got a statement.  Once I got a call from this number I checked my account and then paid the account including the damn late fee and closed the f-n account.  I don't need an Amazon Store Card that bad.  A=holes.  Don't get me wrong I LOVE Amazon, but their store card sucks (because it is handled by Syncrony and/or some other B A N K).
