This company called non-stop EVERYDAY at 0800hours PST via a auto-call system for someone who did not exist! They claimed to be a "law group." A bunch of [***]... they r nothing but a debt collector.
I called them and they said they r supposed to "help me"... I was really pissed! "help me" my ass. I am supposed to help them by telling them they had a wrong number. Then the [***] hanged up.
I called back and they cut me short and asked for my phone number to be removed. Hope they do that right! Or else I will file a police report against this bunch of [***]!

Brachwell (sp?) Law Office said B of A retained them to pursue collection of old debt. Said alot of things had transpired that I couldn't recall. Thinking they are just shooting in the dark.
Asked them to validate the debt. They said they could then transferred me to someone else. After 3 people, they said they would provide an accounting of info. but that it is unlikely that they will not be able to provide a full accounting, nor would they have to as B of A retained them.
Feeling that they are trying to use language that would make me frightened.
They insisted on getting my routing and bank account info. to process payment. I think they would just be monitoring my income each month if I did this. Said I could not send in money orders. Said I had to then go get a prepaid visa card at Walmart in order to make payments.

dont know what to they keep on calling me . i try calling them back they dont return my call

They called my cell phone for my daughter who has not lived at home for 15 years.  She has never given my cell phone number as hers.  They left a message to call back this number about a debt.
