Just around 9am got a call from them. Have no idea what they want, cause they didn't leave a message. Yes, I do have Nissan also.

I have a Nissan as well.  Didn't pick up the phone.  I never pick up a phone unless I recognize the calling number.  Great forum

This number is a Nissan service reminder. I have asked them several times to remove my cell phone from their records.  They never do!

just got a call from this number.  I have an Infiniti so, based on what everyone else is saying, it was probably them looking for me to schedule service.  Damn thing just had service...  Maybe it was their "customer survey"...  No message though.
