You are the idiot....I don't need an intrusive reminder to take my Infiniti in for service....I just got a call on my cellphone from these idiots.....earlier today the salesman from the dealership called and yesterday I got a letter in the mail... Enough already...I don't need your help to remember to make a service appointment... Get a life..!!  I intend to call the dealership and use your 3 magic words...DO NOT CALL..... What a waste....

That's all they said! That is why I looked the number up. I will mention how useless that info is when I go in for service on my Nissan tomorrow.

I get a call from this number I ask to removed my phone number and a stupid guy say he cant???? he ask for my name for what??? i ask for supervise and he say dont have one ???? and maybe he forgat I ask someone who speak english and he no say nothing maybe he forgot we are in usa so we need to speak english I'm spanish but speak english for respect to this country

Infiniti (and, based on the other submissions, looks like Nissan, her parent, too ) uses a service to: (1) notify of service due, (2) survey to see if recent service was satifactory.

866-840-9224 has called me several times, always at 11:15 to 11:45 AT NIGHT!!! Never leaves a message.  Infiniti, stop this!  This is ridiculous!

i do NOT have an infiniti, and I still get calls from this number.

Called at 8:30 on a Friday night!  really?   No message.

I asked my Infiniti retailer about this program because the manager is my neighbor and he said it was because many clients leasing the vehicles are too stupid to maintain their vehicles on their own.  It's more of a baby sitting call than anything else.  Plus it's great for fat people.

There are many fake programs or callers at pretend to be them just to gather and sell private info to other telemarketers
