I used to get calls for my QX50 and politely said "please put me on the do not call list" and they did.  I just bought a G37 and did the same.  They will harass you if you don't and it's not even Infiniti calling.  It's a separate organization just trying to make more money off of us.

I just received a call from this number AT WORK; absolutely not OK. I returned the call promptly and asked them to remove all the numbers on file for me from their system. I take care of my vehicle and don't need anyone to remind me about upcoming services appointments.  Customer service agent was very nice despite my angry tone. I don't recall ever giving Infiniti permission to call me when signing my lease contracts.

You guys are the dumbest people who legally allowed to drive a car.  That is all I wanted to say to you idiots.

Wife recently bought an Infiniti. The dealership called a week after to check on her satisfaction. I blocked this area code a long time ago. Phone rang once today. We have an owners manual so we know when service is required so we don't need unsolicited calls.

This is a call to "remind" me my Infinit car is due for its 20,000/24 month mile service.  First of all, I have only had my car for 1.5 years, and only have 11,900 miles on it.  I am so bugged.  They call me daily!  I am going to call my dealer here in town and tell them this had better stop!

Bought new Infiniti about four months ago. It only has 3,200 miles on it. Have received numerous calls from this number hounding me to schedule 'maintenance' at the local dealer. When I ask what maintenance is necessary for a new car they either don't know and offer to have someone else call me (yeah, thanks) or tell me the tires need to be rotated. They have called me late at night, waking me up; at work, when (duh) I'm trying to work; and on nights and weekends. Seems to me to be a scam to drum up business for local dealerships. Really annoying. Infiniti needs to do better than this.

I just received a call from this number 866-840-9224 but they did not leave a message.  I called back on a land line and they call themselves Infiniti Inner Circle.  I spoke with a lady there and she said they are a service paid by Infiniti to remind and schedule service needs.  I've recently been a victim of fraud and my financial accounts have been comprised.  I call fake and phishing.  Call your auto dealership directly and don't give them any info.
