- MichaelGot a call from (supposedly) Nissan America, properly identifiying me as a Nissan Murano owner, wanting to schedule maintenance at (properly identified) local dealer. Their # did not register on telephone caller ID, but my cable caller ID gave me all (1-866-840-922) but the last #. I was so annoyed they'd woken me up, speaking in the absolute worst east-Asian-thick accent I'd ever heard, I had to repeatedly ask the caller to repeat herself. I finally told her never to call me again.
I also immediately called the same dealership, who was not aware of any such program in operation, that I truly still trust my LOCAL dealership, who appreciated me attempting to verify this strange call.
As before, let's everyone now join me in wishing a painfully speedy death to whatever stupid company this was.- Caller: Nissan America
- Call type: Telemarketer

- Caller: 866-840-9224
- Scotthaha, used to work for them. these calls are made on behave of Nissan and Infiniti dealerships across America. your enrolled into the program when you purchase a vehicle, should of gotten a package in the mail letting you know that you were in the program. reason why because you dont get a message is because of Nissan and Infiniti policies passed down to the company. The company isnt based overseas, but rather in Toronto, Canada. According to policies, we are not allowed to leave a message on the first call attempt for certain calls, but do leave them for the second and final ones. there are 3 call attempts in total. Its just a courtesy service just to remind you of when you are due for service and to help to schedule to appointments. They are happy to add you to the do not call list aslong as you just let them know. Hope this helps folks
- The LubeMasterI'd like to give some good looking japanese girl a thorough Lube Job.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- The Truth!I see it as this, I am not an infiniti or nissan owner. However, if you do purchase a vehicle, this is what happens, you get the vehicle and get enrolled in the One to One Program & the Infiniti Inner Circle Center! My concern is this, you arent aware that the Retailer or the Dealership of either is not making the consumer aware of this courtesy feature? It is only that, nobody is calling you to buy a thing... I do believe that Nissan or Infiniti should step up and inform all of you purchasing these vehicles about this courtesy feature that comes with your purchase. All they want is you to maintain your vehicle, and maintain it where you purchased it to get the best possible parts and service technicians for your vehicle. I am sure they pay for this courtesy and I am sure they do not want to "harass" or "hound" you. So if you have issues with this courtesy there are a few things you can do as a consumer, 1; notify the Retailer or Dealership you purchased your vehicle and ask them why they did not tell you about the same, 2; if they call, and you dont want the courtesy, tell them, 3; if they continue to call after asking them not to, there is a problem, ask to speak to a supervisor, or call your dealership and put in an official complaint. But on the other side of the coin, we are only human, and if something goes wrong with the software and you arent removed accordingly, it could very well be the issue. In the meantime, Nissan and Infiniti are not wanting to harass you, but I assure you I do believe these programs give "points" as well, similar to the flyer club etc., and other programs such as this. I am sure the people calling you do not want to annoy you, but I do know this program is successful and for the few of you complaining here, there are many that are grateful for the same courtesy. ~Sorry~
- TheInfinitiGirl| 2 repliesI work for the Infiniti Inner Circle Program and it is actually a great program if people would just pick up the phone and listen to what we have to say. No we are not harassing you, we only call 3 times. and if you picked up the phone we would stop calling you! All we do is place a nice friendly reminder call that your veicle is due for a service and we can book a service appointment so you dont have to waste your time doing so. It takes 3 minutes to kindly sit there and talk to us, and than your all set for an appointment. So if you americans would stop being so rude and actually take the time to listen to us than maybe you would stop recieving these "stupid calls" and hey if you dojnt want them all you have to say is 3 magic words: DO NOT CALL. Its a great program, lets start taking advantage of it people.
- InfinitiGuy@TheInfinitiGirl: Thanks for calling us rude. That is top-notch customer service. Do they teach you that? So, as I understand your logic, if I don't want to answer a call, then I am being rude. Correct? Are you being rude by not leaving a message? I think so. I figure that if the call is important to you, you would "kindly" take a minute to leave a message. Since you don't leave a message, then you have nothing that interests me. If you are only calling to "remind me" of a service, then that could easily be left on a message. But it is not; so I cynically think that there is some other reason you adamantly want to speak to me in person. It is either to try to sell me something I don't want or get some information that I don't want to give. Don't be rude. Leave a message next time.
- russian_mikeHave an Infiniti, looks like a service reminder.
@TheInfinitiGirl: I don't mind reminders and all, but I think your system needs an update. First time I picked up, they wanted me to set up an appointment for service for next week, when !!!!! I just went through the service two weeks ago o_O ??? Same now, I have roughly about a month and a half to go to my next service, so I don't really want to bring my Inifiniti into dealership next week. I can't say anything about the person on the phone, super polite and nice to talk to... Its the timing that is killing me.... I would have to agree with @InifinitiGuy here, it seems like caller just trying to see if I am dumb enough to bring my car in for service every month...- Caller: Infiniti Inner Circle
- Call type: Event reminder
- JazI have received three calls from this number sept 4th, 5th and 6th 2012. No message.
