- Anon1| 1 replyThis is an automated debt collector which must specialize in bull***t claims from insurance companies on canceled policies. Like most of the posters here, I was quoted and offered a policy of insurance by Travelers. They then did the good ol' bait & switch on me. As soon as they had me signed up, they "reappraised" my home which is a $38K manufactured home on a piece of land and claimed that the REPLACEMENT COST of this crappy trailer house was $145K!!!If these idiots think this dump is worth that much, I'll be happy to sell it to them for that price! As it is, I'd appreciate it if they'd just stop he calls. From the sounds of the other posts here, however, I'll have to file a lawsuit against them to get them to stop.

- Shelley M replies to Anon1I got a message from this same company. Gave automated message that may have been my husband's first name but not sure. Said about the warning if not the person please hang up. Or to call them back.
The other thing about collection agencies. I work in the collections department of a major company. Per the FDCPA-Federal Debt Collection Practices Act-creditors may call all days of the week between the hours of 8am-9pm local time. Now in the following states can not discuss information with spouse-Massachusetts, Iowa, Illinois, and South Carolina. You can also request that the person verify the information in writing and are disputing the amount. Another way is to tell them to stop calling you. Tell them you want THEIR address to send a CEASE AND DESIST letter. When you send the letter send it CERTIFIED mail requiring signature so you have proof was recieved. If after receiving the proof they signed for it and THEY call back. Report the information to your State's Attorney office and the Federal Trade Commission because they are violating the law after that. If they don't have the right person and continue to call AFTER you told them wrong number. YOU can still sue for harrasement under the FDCPA. - Anthis number has called me a numberous of times requesting to speak with a spanish speaking person (dont remember the name) trying to collect money, but this is my new number and i dont want more phone calls from this number

- Really annoyedGet calls from (866) 945-4973 two to three times a day (including weekends). Automated system spells out my first and middle name (wrong spelling at that). Tells me to visit warningnotice.com or call them. So, I called them, and they ask for some file number. I told them that I have no file number, and I wanted to know what they are talking about. Well, they wouldn't tell me. I have no unpaid debts or late payments. I have good credit score. I learned that this is a scam by someone who lives in East Coast. By giving your name, SSN, DOB, and whatever else they can get out of you, they could use them against you. Use reference number 08-T00274001 when complaining to Fair Debt Collection at FCC.GOV@https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do?form_page=1088D.

- sgWe have been getting automated calls from this number constantly for quite awhile now. The message states this is an attempt to collect a debt, etc. THEY DO NOT STATE WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH HOWEVER. Just if you are not the person (how would we know!)hang up. So we hang up and guess what, they keep on calling and calling just enough times a day not be be classified as harassment! Today we got a different message. They claim to be Credit Collection Services and we should go to the website www.warningnotice.com put in this long number to receive more information. I am sure that would be for their benefit, as we do not have any outstanding debt!! Is there any recourse to get rid of these calls

- Not a pinheadIt's no wonder this country has financial issues! A collection agency phoned MY cell#, looking for my husband 4 MY services at a lab. The lab was sending us bills they hadn't yet sent to my Ins Co. I contacted the lab co., paid over $550 by phone & they IMMEDIATELY sent the remaining amt $316.5 to collection. Upon receiving agency bills, I paid the lab the remaining amt due, rec'd a confirmation, & phoned the agency. At current time I owe the lab & agency $0.00, but still received this call. I have spent the last 20+ yrs overseeing/correcting billings from co.'s hospitals, ins. and collection agencies. Perhaps I should be sending THEM a bill for services rendered for THEIR MISTAKES!! I am CERTAINLY not the PINHEAD!!

- Mr AwarenessI am glad that there is a discussion on this very subject. I thought for a moment that I was the only one. Annoying phone calls and messagaes. I heard recently that there are big scams going in an attempt to get personal information from innocent individuals. Also a lot of these types of companies are located outside the U.S. and can't be prosecuted. Some charge your phone bill carrier large amounts. I am ignorant to all of the facts so do your research and be careful maybe not to even respond to be safe. It seems to me that you should also get similar request through the mail. I haven't received any from this particular company. Call the Better Business Bureau and do some research.

it is for an insurance company I canceled because when I moved had to contact them for 7 months in a row because they were sending bills to old address and covering renters insurance on old home. I would pay up ask to get it fixed then the next month the would charge 2x the monthly amount to the old address and car.- Caller: ccs

- Big PeteI got a call last night and my wife and I are having enough problems, NOW she is freaking out and things are a mess over this stupid phone call and the way they say :"WARNING you must call, thkis is a warning notice ect ect with private info so on and so on. This kind of thing could ruin people's lives. Tonight when I get home I am suppose to call this number they gave with the phone on SPEAKER so the Wife can hear what the HELL this is all about. I figured it was some kind of BS - but try to comnvince someone who is about to call it quits!!!! This doesn't help this situation I have in the least. I feel so freaked about this, and I sure hope that this is JUST a SCAM and not something my wife will feel is some wrong doing I was suppose to have done. These get rich quick deals and all the scams that go on today, its no wonder if they have caused people to get divourced or even go so far as to commit suicide, You never know these days what kind of BS is out there and I HAVE HAD EBOUGH OF THIS B U L L S H I T . Have a nice day. LOL Big Pete
- Linda| 1 replyThey call at all hours and any day including Sunday. Once I called the 800 number listed on site and got a very nasty person saying I owed this money to Quest Diagnostics which according to my insurance company I do not. We have a recorded three way conversation, me, insurance company and Quest Diagnostic proving I don't owe the small amount they are coming after me for. The man I spoke to at collection agency said "You know you owe this just pay us and collect from your insurance company later" Bet me.
I can't seem to make them quit calling me. I guess I shall have to report them to the Attorney General of my state and go from there. This has been going on for months.- Caller: CSC COLLECTIONS
