I got a call from warning notice like 3 months ago telling me I have a debt of $93 to hollywood video. She asked me if my info was correct and I made the mistake of correcting it. I told her I thought the videos were returned and my husband was in iraq so maybe I forget. I explained to her I would like to resolve the issue because I didnt want this effecting my credit. She explained to me it wont be reported because it is such a small amount. I told her I need to wait until my husband gets paid until I can pay the bill. The lady tried to get me to pay by phone and I said I dont have the money right now! she said well I can take it out of your account when you get paid. I got a weird feeling and hung up. About a month later I got a notice in the mail. I made sure the videos were returned so I dont understand why they keep calling. I understand late fees but they usually dont harrass you over late fees. Its usually something you pay when you rent again. I really dont know what to do from here. Any suggestions?

Having received numerous recorded messages originating at 866-945-4973, a response is requested accessing www.creditcollection.com and an 11 digit identification # provided. I'd appreciate any assistance you might offer ceasing such fraudulent practices; or, notifying reliable companies of reputable practices in obtaining legitimate payment.  I appreciate any assistance you may offer,
    thank you.

Received a letter at my home address, but it was addressed to my mother.  This has to be a SCAM and CCS (or someone pretending to be a debt collector) would've had to get her name and address from one of her credit card companies (they probably sell their mailing lists), as this is the only mail she receives at my address - I pay her bills online for her:-)  Just ticks me off that they prey on people, especially the elderly, who assume that if they receive a bill, they owe the money.  SCUMBUCKETS!

Quest Diagnostics thinks that I still owe them more money for drawing blood on June 1, 2008. My insurance company Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield already paid the allowed amount for half of the bill  which was $164. The lady on the phone from the collection agency told me I needed to get on my computer and type www.warningnotice.com with a long number to get information. What information? I started reading these messages, and now I'm wondering if this is a scam. My insurance company told me several times that Quest did not bill them in 2008 and that I do not owe money to them. I have been quite ill lately, but I definitely will not allow my doctor to send blood to Quest Diagnostics. My doctor claims that has all been take care of.  This is Quest Diagnostics computer mistake or my insurance companies computer mistake. I called the insurance company several times and they do not have the bill for $144.50. My primary insurance can not do anything about it if the collection agency or Quest will not send them a bill. My secondary insurance, Unitedhealthcare can not pay unless my primary insurance gives me a bill or sends it to them. HELP!!

I cancelled my insurance two months ago because I was getting a company car with insurance. I just recieved a letter in the mail to see warningnotice.com and pay money. It just didnt make any sense, so after investigating... They are using two large corporations on there mail letter which are not the same number or address. The phone number asked to call is 952.925.0760. It is a scam for sure.

My son owed Geico $12 and it got sent to this credit bureau.  I called the number to pay it and they wanted a $9.95 "convenience fee" as well.  So I thought I'd just pay it online.  Same thing!  I have to pay them $9.95 to square off a debt?  It's not even an "old" bill!

I called Geico.  The rep said she'd never heard of that collection agency.  She agreed it sounded hokey and allowed me to pay them the 12 bucks directly and gave me a confirmation number.  Hopefully warningnotice.com won't start calling my cell phone!

I got this call telling me that I owed around a hundred bucks for insurance I cancelled 3 months ago.  I called the agent and found out that I was up to date and paid up.  The real issue for me is that I was offered a discount of 50% if I paid by Credit Card right away.  Sounds scammy to me, dontcha think?

This is stupid I don't owe
I keep getting the same calls as everyone else.  except my caller id says ooo-ooo-oooo for the phone number  800-998-5000 is the number they want me to call back with a id number or some crap! They call at all hours all days of the week.
I had car insurance through Farmers insurance, and they  had some other company underwrite a policy for my four wheeler . I paid the down payment, they took the monthly payments out of my bank account every month. After about 3 months they send a letter saying I had to have full coverage on both ( only had liability) so they recalculate  policy amounts  I continue.paying premiums directly out of account one month the money was not in account  so they cancelled policy.. Now they say I owe them $93.00 or some crap. for that month. If my policy was cancelled, how do I owe them? If I owe them then they should have had me insured for that month! they won't listen and they won't stop calling. I'm at witts end! What to do to get them off my back? I am not paying them a dime!

    insanity at it's best
Theses people will call me 12-15 times in one day! I won't answer so when my voice-mail picks up they hang up  without leaving a message Almost instantly they will call back.. this will go on for about 4 calls in a row, then they take a break for an hour or two then repeat the routine sometimes 3 or four times a day thats like 12-15 calls in one day. they do this on a daily basis including Sunday. They call at 10 and 11 o clock at night. this is insane!
