Got a call at 8:56pm.  4 minutes before the national time when it is deemed too late to call by the FCC.  I do not answer calls that come from an unknown name/number.  No message was left.

i keep receiving a call from this # but nobody is on the other end when i answere the call,  nor do they leave a v.m   / don't know who this is but they should stop

I received twice from this 866-998-1492 number and the callers had Indian accent. They wanted to make surveys for the hospital my wife was in before. It is so annoying! Who and how can stop them to bother me???

They cant leave a message because they are violating the confidentiality between doctor & patient ,
they have too much info. on you already...Besides they only do this when your behind on your lifelong

I called this number back and a voice mail answered saying it was "IMG COLLEGE" and to leave a message and they will call back as soon as possible. Never heard of this place before!

I called this number back and it is Press Ganey - like other posters said.  They are doing a health care survey based on a recent hospital stay.  They say they will "call another day" or you can leave them a message with your name and phone number and they will call you back.

Repeated calling. They don't leave a message. I don't recognize the number and won't answer or call back.

Did not answer, no message left.

This number comes from a research poll that is asking questions regarding the hospital you were just in and the quality of care you received.  They also want to know if you have any complaints.

They just call at different times and I have an answering machine and they leave no message. Tried calling back and got no answer.

I'm mystified though, if my caller ID says unavailable, who could be possibly calling?

OMG I've received these calls for about 3
weeks. I noticed some folks have received these calls from 2009/2010...
But it's now 2012. It's identified as "FREE CALL TOLL".  I never answer and they never leave message.  Since they call at odd time, Im wondering if it's a scam from another country.  What do you all think?

I have gotten at least 25 from this place, machine answers, they hang up. When I do answer it if home , there is no response.

no message - no clue who this is - i would never answer unknown caller, let alone a toll free number.

Called around 7pm & did not answer.No message left.

I received 2 of them and the message says a loved one who is incarcerated. Called all my children and they were not in jail. Scammer. Its 2013, so must have been going on a long time.

Caller id shows 866-998-1492 -- No messages left!! We do not answer phone anymore!!! All calls go into answering machine which is also hooeed up to phone recorder ;-))
