I got a call from this number today.  I did have a short hospital stay this year.  I don't do surveys over the phone.  They can call all they want.  Not going to answer.  Caller ID is a great for filtering out unwanted phone calls.  Others claim this is a legitimate survey company, so I cannot file a complaint.

Called me on my cell.  I just had been in the hospital so it's coming from your doctor or medical related for sure.

I just received a call for this number. However, i have never stayed in a hospital.

i called this number back because it call my phone 3 times a week.  Its a company calling to do a health care survey, they allow you to leave a message.  so I asked them to remove my number from there call list.  I don't know if this will work, but knowing i can leave a message, if I continue to get calls, i will threaten to sue them with harrassment, maybe then they will listen!

Rec'd call from this number, said it was for health care survey.

I got this call today. After looking at the comments I realized it is from the hospital where I had a test last week. They want to get my opinion of the service I received. Most healthcare facilities do this.

Press ganey performs surveys for health care providers to rate the patient's perception of the care he or she received during an outpatient test/procedure, ER visit or hospital stay. This information is very important to health care providers to let them know what they are doing well or what they can improve.  If you are not interested in completing the survey just tell them.

I got a call from this number at 1:55 this afternoon.  The woman on the other end claimed that she was conducting a health care survey through one of our local hospitals.  I just told her that the person she was calling for was not in and that I would let that person know she called.  I hung up and these people have not called back.

Okay.  So that was why we got that call for a member of my family who was just in the hospital.  I thought this was some bogus thing because the caller ID read 800 Service.

I received a call from this number today at 3:19 PM.  The name on the caller ID read 800 Service.  The woman on the other end said she was calling from a company on behalf of a local health care provider (she used the name of the local health care provider) and she said that she wanted to talk to the person she was calling for about taking a health survey. I have received several calls from a company saying they are calling on behalf of this health care provider.  I want these calls to stop.

I get a call from them every time I go into the hospital, which about twice a year. This has been happening for the last seven years.  I just don't answer any more they already know how I think I don't need to do this after every vist

I got a phone call from 866-998-1492 I think it was a bad call.

If you have been to the er any time recently it is the reason for the calls. the calls started a the say after i had to take my 5 year old to the er. The receptionist told me i would get the calls too.

I'm guessing you work for them......   How about you post your private number on this website and people can call you at all hours of the day and night to ask you to complete a "survey".  My number is on the do not call list and I pay to have it unlisted.  Violation fines need to be increased to the point that companies learn unwanted calls will put them out of business.

If they are doing a survey, they can post their name on the call display. Instead it just says "Service".

Stop calling my personal cell phone that I pay for. I have not given anyobe permission to use for there on personal gain.

I received a call from this number, and after reading this blog realized its a survey for a recent hospital test.  They don't leave a message.  Next time I'll answer it and get it over with.
