Like what they said there is NO FREE in this world! I just wanted a free bible as well from infommercial but instead 3 mormon guys delivered it to me and preached about their Church, At first I didnt know they are Mormons. If I did, I should have never let them entered in my house to talk about BULL! ( My friend's aunt is a Mormon, my friend said she told him that in MORMON the darker your skin is the more sinful you are. A punishment from God.) And they actually marry their relatives that explains why their children act in such manner. So actually these guys are some kinda racist/cult. Every day they call!!! They've visited my house a few times now. I asked my sister to say I'm not available. They are very persistent!!!

I ordered my "free Bible", not realizing it was a Mormon Bible...my bad.  I have spoken with them, letting them know that I do not share their same beliefs, however, they dont respect that and feel that it is ok to apply the pressure.  Man, this is more of a cult than a religion.

I might have signed up for something from this these ppl also. They call everyday. You think if they really wanted to talk to me they would leave a message. Never one. Maybe ill tell them i worship the devil. Next time ill use a fake number or the time phone number when i sign up for free stuff. most ppl give up after a few times if u dont answer. Not these people, they bug you to almost to the point of harrasment.

Yeah, they call all the time. And then they stopped. My secret: they called when I was watching Sex and the City. So, I let them listen. :)

I have never ordered the book of Mormon and today i got a call from this number but it was to my grandcentral number so they must be getting the info from another place as well.
I do use my grandcentral number when i fill out things online so that i can screen calls and block the ones i do not want coming in.
Still not sure where they got the number and today was the first phone call and i have not been online ordering anything in weeks....really odd

When they continue calling them, tell them you will involve the media. The media LOVES reporting about such issues as commercial stalkers, dont they?

By the way, the LDS church definitely is a profit organization.
Did you know they own a $1 billion shopping mall, a nut company and thousands of acres of farmland?

Another typical female being passive.  All you have to do is TELL THEM to stop calling you.  You THINK they're forcing religion on you, but you're not doing ANYTHING to get them to stop.  You put a post up on this site telling them to stop???  Are you SERIOUS???

I was interested in LDS. I ordered the book about three weeks ago and went to the church. The first time I went to the church I met with the missionaries and I said I was interested in learning more. The missionaries come to your house and teach a total of three lessons about Mormon beliefs. After, you get baptized and are a member of the church. Anyway, I got my first call from this number this morning. From what I read, this call will be the first of many. I'm sure if you ask them to stop calling nicely they will.

So how do you feel about the Islamic religion which continues to allow multiple wives?  It is not for you to judge what is right.
