- B-Edwards replies to JeffThe number in your call id can be faked. It is always best to thank the caller and then call back on a number you dial yourself and know is correct - usually that number is found on the back of your card.

- Dmitri replies to anonymous| 1 replyThis is a SCAM; called the bank after and nothing wrong with the account. Don't fall for this. Looks like several replies here are from the fraudsters themselves trying to make you think it's legitimate. BEWARE

- DisgruntledCalled by this number. Was asked to verify my account by birth date or postal code. I elected postal code. They gave me 4 options of my correct postal code, the last one was correct. I was then told my credit card had not been paid and I needed to pay the minimum amount this week. Checked my bank statements and personal finance program. Everything was good.
