Call yesterday, call today. Did not answer, no message left

Leaves message stating they are with Jonathon Frank's and Associates and they are calling about a matter attached to my name and ssn

asked if I am my husband's wife and asked me to confirm the last four digits of his ssn. Said that they have a claim of over $2k from a loan be took out in 2014 and said we need to settle with payment arrangements now or it will be taken to court for judgement of over $4k . I told her to call him and discuss it, she never did but instead called me back an hour later.  I called my husband asking about it and he said that it's fraud and there is no over due loan. She called again this time I didn't answer and she didn't leave a message.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

There is no LLC registered in Texas or any other state for that matter which would preclude this enterprise from legally conducting business, which a “lawyer” should know.
They are not registered with the Dept. of State in Texas as a collection agency and they do not seem to have the required necessary surety bond.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Unfortunately I cant say that I share the same feeling when it comes to these posted I spoke to a Mr. Green and he helped me with my situation with this law office. As the commercial states don't believe everything you read on the internet, these people are nice and will help you fix the problem if they are calling you.

Had a VM converted to text leaving this number saying I contacted them for vehicle service... I don't own a vehicle and the message said the call came from MY phone number

Called, identified on caller ID as 'unknown' but left phoney message about vehicle something and this phone number.  Make it stop

Voicemail "This is Jeannette from the Vehicle Coverage Dept. etc etc, please call back at 877-225-8918.

They called my cell number from a restricted number and left a message.  The message said they are calling about my car claim inquiry.  When I call back it is some woman with a TV on in the background and she is trying to sell me extended warranty for my vehicle.  I explain that I already have an extended warranty and that I am on the do no call list.  She said that there is not a do not call list for all companies and that she is allowed to call me.  She kept interrupting me and wouldn't shut up to let me tell her to remove me from her call list.  She told me that I needed to be quiet and listen to her.  I told her to shut her damn mouth and listen.  She still wouldn't and I hung up.  I am at work and this is harassment for sure.

Jeanette from the "vehicle coverage department" left a message on my voicemail that coverage on my car would be "reduced". Scam from1- 877-225-8918.
