No. Debts are civil and not criminal matters.

They are nto legit.  I called the FBI and they said to ignore there calls.  I asked then to serve the papes, i want to take them to court, have seen nothing, they have given me a differant address everytime i have talked to them.  They stole your info, I called the Police and filed a ID theft report so if they call you can tell them to call the police and verifity who they are.

They called and said I owed Twelve hundred dollars fro a payday loan i had taken out a year ago and scared the [***] out of me and set uo payment plans ... I have since cancelled my cards and called life lock which I have an acoount with and reported it to them. but they gave a different number 1888-876-3745 and gave the Name Joe Medina, said they couldnt provide any information to me because they have had clients alter their paperwork they could only send me a confirmation when the debt is paid in full. life lock even put the number into their system, and said it pulls up a list of scam complaints.

OMG!! they told me the same thing. And when I asked who hired them he stated that they couldn't give out that information. He said that because I defaulted they were going to go and serve me. I thought you had to file something in order to serve an individual!

A Rachel Morrison called my elderly mother who suffers from High Blood pressure and upset her pretty bad. She stated they have a pending legal case against me (Clear violation of the FDCPA) I called my states Attorney General and filed a complaint. I also found out I could sue them for $1000 for each violation but more importantly if enough people file complaints a class action lawsuit could be filed which could net $500,000 judgement or %1 of the companies worth whichever is less. These companies have gotten worse in the midst of a bad economy. FILE A COMPLAINT!

They have done the same thing to me Monday.  They called my place of employment and told an associate that they have papers to serve me and that there were charges filed against me and also demanded to speak with a Manager. The associate asked him for his phone number and said she would contact me and have me call him back. He said just tell him, he is considered served and then gave her a number 1-888-795-2950.
   She called me and informed me of the conversation so I called them up. They would not give me any information on the Guy that is claiming to be a process server or Locater.  They claimed that he was hired by their client and did not represent their firm. So I said, If thats the case, then why did he give out Consolidated's telephone number?
   I also demanded their address and information to contact their client "My Cash Now". They refused to do so, and just told me to google it and hung up on me.
   So now the battle begins,  I repeatedly called them back demanding to talk to a supervisor and their legal dept.  They transfered me to Gary Williams Voice mail, who is supposedly over legal div, for them. I left him a message, and still unsatisfied, I called them again and got a hold of Mrs. Barnes at ext. 306.  I insisted that she give me the information of the so called process server, contact information for their client and Consolidated Mediation's  Physical Address in California.  I also explained to her that there were no charges pending or filed against me in the State of Oklahoma on the Court Network Site. And That I would meet the so called process server if she would give me his number. She again refused and hung up.  So, I decided to call them back and harrass them liked they did me and others. When they would hang up, I would call them back again and again until finally it was after hours.  
   I submitted a Cease and Desist Order to them by fax on Tuesday Morning and so far, I haven't had any more calls or anyone trying to serve me.  The Fax Number to Consolidated Mediation Firm is: 1-866-487-8907.  
   If you are concerned with them Threating with Criminal prosecution, Don't worry.  They do not have the ability to File Criminal Charges of any type.  If you are in Oklahoma, you can go the OSCN network and see if there are any charges for civil suits filed against you.  Don't fall for this scam like some people have.

"Mrs. Barnes" told me their address is 1844 PO Box, Los Angeles, Ca. 90001 When I asked for a corporate email addy, she yelled, "Who is this?" and hung up on me.

How do you make a Cease and Desist Order?

Consolidated Mediation Firm is associated with Triple Services LLC, some internet payday loan scam. Got some guy named "Angel Albert" to fess up.

I just received a call from 1888-823-5840. I wish I had found this site first. I just gave my info and made a payment arrangement.  What can I do? Help!! It was Angel Alberts who called.

I would suggest that you close your bank account & get a new one elsewhere immediately. If they call you back , tell them you researched them online & found out they are a scam.

I get calls from these fools every day. They don't give me any information other than there are pending legal chrages and I will be served. They even spoke to my boss who told them to go to hell. They told me i owed $750 but I could settle for $500. They use tons of different names, Chris Jackson, Alfred Diaz, some woman, Mike Adams and they call from 888-823-5840. They say they are from Consolidated Mediation group, but refuse to send me any paperwork.

i just recieved a call like this as well! the guy wa rude and acted as if he was a cop. He was very rude, threaten me numerous times and refuse to give me info. He gave mea number to call and i called and they  wouldnt relaease any info either until i mad a payment and i told the lady  SARA  Price that i would call her back since she wouldnt verify who she was with any type of email, mail or anything for me to verify whom, im speaking with or this debt. I called to tak to someone in the payday debt and all the offices are closed down and have been sold. I have no idea what is going on. He called back and left another voicemail saying his name was Eric Jones when he first called he said his name was Paul. I tried to call the number back and it wasnt a real number. He threaten to come up to my job and serve me papers and was very  rude. So im going to file a claim with the FTC and with my state attorney Geneal. the number they clled me from was  469-277-3524 and gave me 1-866-406-5844. consolidated mediation. they kept asking for my card number and that i had 15 mins to make a payment or he wouldserve me and i was being sued for fraud!!! bottom line is he will have to serve me cause im not giving money to people i dont even know, or what this is about.

they have called me 9 times today on my cell and 4 times at my work from 603-399-5461- to calll back number 877-763-5748
they refuse to tell me who the debit is supposedly with and told  they do not need to give me any information and that thier is no law saying they need to give me information-or proff of anything  I called back againand asked fro web site anbd address -  got a PO box 3362 LA,CA 90001 - they said they have no web site- threaten to have me served ,arrested and so on

They called my family In California that I dont associate with and told my sister-in-law if she didn't give them info on me she would be Arrested.  Said they had a warrant. Lady was very rude. Wouldn't give any other information except Consolidated and 877-763-5748 with a file number. Have no idea who they are.

They called my work again today - I called them back they gave me a diffent PO box of 18744- yesterday the guy told me po box 362- today they said they are consolidate not consolidated mediatin group- they did givve me a fax nuber whihc aI have not tried yet- in total the past 4 hours they have between my home,work and cell called me 26 times in less then 24hrs - still refuse to give me any information of proff- told me they don't have to and good luck to me I will be served

thanx for the p.o. box info. they are harassing my family and friends asking about me. i have charges aginst me and a file number. this is the number they gave me to call 877-763-5748. i called automated machine says consolidated please wait for a rep except nobody answers. they called my bro left vm saying i am being warned and that i wil b served at my job. the guy's name is doug green and for me to call mediation to resolve this matter today or he wil come to my job. i am annoyed because my family actually believe this. i dont know what else to do and how i can get them to stop harassing my fam/friends, i did report to the bbb. and i'm doing other complaints feel its not enough for my loved ones who believe this is true.
